Can you please talk about the norm of ghosting from the hiring companies and from recruiting companies? I see so much of that the past two years. Why? I am not talking about ghosting at the applying only stage. I am talking about after interviews. Once, I was urged to create a new portfolio for a recruiting company and after I sent it over, I got ghosted completely. Please enlighten me.
Because women live longer, they draw at least 20% more Social Security benefits than men that pay in the same amount. More women make it to retirement age than men. Women are also more likely to receive survivor benefits as well. So, there’s even more women drawing on the program than men. Why doesn't anyone ever talk about this gap? Weird, huh?
