This is actually a very good turorial. She brings up some important points, especially the one about being too formal. There's one point she may have overlooked though - the importance of remembering to keep business emails as brief and to the point as possible, while clearly including all the information needed. There must be no ambiguity in a business email and you must always remember that even thought 'you' sent the email, you are actually acting as the voice of the entire business. So always be clear and always remember that you speak on behalf of the business.
Thanks for the great video! I have a tip to add: When sending attachments, make sure you include a greeting, a mention of the attachment, and a closing. Don't just send the attachment (like a late assignment to a professor) with no hello, no thank you, no subject.
Great tips Rina! I'd say that whenever in doubt about what to put as an opening greeting go with "Hello". It's in between the overly informal "hi" and the formal and rather archaic "dear."
Ur tips are great and useful thank you.please teach how to start email expressions in the mail body content writing after salutations. If did the video please mention the link.

mam, you are looking very pretty and your explanation is too good. And thank you very much for your kind information about preparing proper business mail.
P Biswas , this is exactly what she is saying to not do. Sending mails to people properly shows your professionalism and so they should not be tainted by your hate or like for someone.
with due respect. "being too formal "point comment - w.r.t. itself stands for With Respect To.... (humble request not to confuse your viewers by adding extra "to" after it.which is completely unnecessary.) thank you
And if you start have build a good relations with your colleague then you can start addresssing there short names like David to Dave, Katelyn to Kate etc..

We don't greet the person we don't like. It is deliberate.
P Biswas , this is exactly what she is saying to not do. Sending mails to people properly shows your professionalism and so they should not be tainted by your hate or like for someone.

Smarter way to avoid being too formal or informal is just to address a person's name....
And if you start have build a good relations with your colleague then you can start addresssing there short names like David to Dave, Katelyn to Kate etc..
Please wear formals,
👍
many people do this intentionally to show their seniority
