    This is actually a very good turorial. She brings up some important points, especially the one about being too formal. There's one point she may have overlooked though - the importance of remembering to keep business emails as brief and to the point as possible, while clearly including all the information needed.
    There must be no ambiguity in a business email and you must always remember that even thought 'you' sent the email, you are actually acting as the voice of the entire business. So always be clear and always remember that you speak on behalf of the business.

    Thanks for the great video! I have a tip to add: When sending attachments, make sure you include a greeting, a mention of the attachment, and a closing. Don't just send the attachment (like a late assignment to a professor) with no hello, no thank you, no subject.

    Great tips Rina! I'd say that whenever in doubt about what to put as an opening greeting go with "Hello". It's in between the overly informal "hi" and the formal and rather archaic "dear."

    Smarter way to avoid being too formal or informal is just to address a person's name....
