We are back this week with some more Star Trek: The Original Series! Today, we are watching METAMORPHOSIS. In this episode, our crew is tasked with bringing Assistant Federation Commissioner Nancy Hedford to be treated on the Enterprise for an illness. As they make their way to the ship, their shuttlecraft gets rerouted to a planetoid. Upon arrival, they are met with a young Zefram Cochrane who was presumed dead for over 100 years and still looks to be in his 30s, despite having gone missing in his 80s! Soon enough, the crew discover that a companion has been keeping Cochrane alive and have brought them on the planetoid to keep him company permanently!
This was a doozy of an episode with a beautiful love story! I hope you enjoy it!

Kirk - along with half human/half-Vulcan science officer Spock, ship Dr. "Bones" McCoy, Ensign Pavel Chekov, communications officer Lt. Nyota Uhura, helmsman Lt. Hikaru Sulu and chief engineer Lt.
