I don't know where to go, but I feel so unsafe right now. I just had a really bad moment where all my emotions went out of my control during a mental breakdown, and I let out everything I was holding back for such a long time. I posted all of it without any restraint, and I immediately had such a bad feeling, and ran out of the situation, and now I'm afraid to look at anything in fear of being ridiculed, or worse.. threatened. I just want to be okay. 😭 I don't know why I held back for so long until now, and I'm fearing the worst. I don't want to lose anyone, and I surely don't want to have everyone against me just because I let everything out. I wanted to hold everything back, wear a mask, and just keep at it for a long time, but it failed. Everyone warned me it was never a good idea to keep it bottled... but I refused to listen to anyone, I just had nowhere to vent, or tell anyone about my issues, otherwise I was "being invasive", so my mouth was zipped shut. After one more incident happens, I lost control... and that's what happened. I had such a bad reaction this morning, that I couldn't keep food down. My mental health was actually relatively okay, infact better than months ago. But I just had a bad slip up... and I'm just hiding. I can't face anyone, nor can I even face myself. I just hope I'll make it out alive. I'm so tired, I can't even think straight.
I don't even know where else to post this... so I'll just post it here. Ignore it if you want to, I just needed to keep myself safe for a long time until hopefully I can gain enough courage to come back. All I wanted was to be perfect, be the light in everyones life, but no one could be there for me, and my efforts were being ignored... so I exploded. Just like my family says, I had a childish meltdown, and couldn't just take the hit and held it back, instead of reacting so harshly. I'm sorry. I thought I was doing better.

@@mybrainhasleftthechat1518 I'm doing my best at the moment, but it's been getting better. I thankfully managed to get better control of the situation, and everything got settled peacefully. I know when I have my moments, I get VERY dramatic and start questioning everything. I am very strong-willed, so it's not like I wasn't unstoppable. I just need to stop bottling everything in, and expecting to be okay. Thank you so much, though! My life got better instantly when I started practicing self-care again.
