Hahaha I think that's one of the things that makes marriage scary for me. You look around in society see so many women who have 'tied heart' until breaking point and you just don't want to end up there. But at the same time, you don't know where to draw the line between compromise and tolerating what you cannot cope with.

Motumbo, happy matrimony! In life all that matters is God's opinion about us, people's opinion don't really count(*). As someone on the social media space, take negative comments as part of what you do. Most of the comments are coming from people who don't even know you too well, it doesn't really count(*) as per say. Our energy are being drained by mostly people around us, it could be harder sometimes mostly in the situations whereby we can't really change the situation we're into. Now that you're married, its you and your husband against the world. Y'all have to be in one accords so that the world won't put its weights on y'all shoulders a lot. Always understand that, no matter how pretty you're, you can't never be like by all. It's the bias narrative agendas of some people to pull others down, it got nothing to do with you. Keep winning. Finally if nobody is tryna to be your supports system, be your own supports system. Keep winning
The way this video was motivational shows how much thought you put into it. You remain an engineer no matter what life throws. This is coming from another engineer who is not "engineering" the way she thought she will. Keep going!

Always loved your transparency and ability to be self reflective and develop yourself. From your explanation on job/career I think getting into project or product management will serve your skills well. It's unfortunate that in cameroon we rarely have the ability to choose jobs based on what you really want. People have jobs based on what would provide for me and feed my family.

It’s ok to feel the big change having to share space with your spouse. Till this day I still struggle to share space with my spouse and kids as I am that person who love my personal space.
You will adjust as time goes on as long as he also understands you love your personal space.
