As I know in the passive voice we use to be+verb 3 form/ed so the application form is complete isn't correct? It must be the application form is completed

So basically apart from the pronunciation the biggest difference between the spoken British and USA English is the formal and informal use of language in the everyday speech. That's why the Americans think that British people are all posh and sophisticated...lol
