Because the part where the instruments basically stop and its just 2-Damon and someone else singing, that sounds so much like a live version of the song I've heard that I'm 100% convinced that someone just ripped that audio and spliced it into the album version of the song by stitching it onto the end of the song just before the fade-out, then stitched the last minute or so of the album version onto the end of that, and did a quick little edit to make that effect on the drums at the end. The fact that it's allegedly on one of the 3 different versions of _Sea Sides_ out there doesn't mean it's official. In fact, that kind of lends credence to the idea of this being just a fan edit.
