Hanafuda who Ace burnt 4 years ago, and the WG "retired" is my guess. His weapon or assumed T Rex form spinning its tail could create whirlpools, and he could even fill in how Kaido got all those ancient zoans for his crew.
The way Dawn and Dusk explains it, “Hinokuzi” iirc or Man Marked by Flames is vague enough in Japanese that it could be referring to the title of an organization, not just a singular person. Not saying it *is* an organization mind you, just showing you how the article isn’t as definitive as we’d like
@@vvendetta3996 whether it's proven true or not down the line is irrelevant. We Do NOT KNOW who the man marked by flames is. The only people who can truthfully make that claim is Oda and his staff.
@@ReiseLukas Ohara is so clueless. No.1 candidate is Rocks D. Xebec. His Jolly Roger is skull marked by the flames, and he was left to die alone at God Valley, meaning Imu could have contract with him. Garp first introduce Xebec, and then on the next scene, Shanks tells Gorosei he wants to talk about a certain pirate. The man marked by flaw must be strong enough to handle Yonko coming after him, and must have purpose or reason. Xebec was betrayed by the pirate society and probably doesn't want anyone else become the Pirate King he couldn't become. We have Wevil with Ms Buckingham, her clone, Big Mom and Kaido fallen down on the same day. Luffy has to surpass Roger at some point during final saga. Beating Shanks or Niggabeard means little, but if he beat Rocks D. Xebec for final poneglyph, it definitely mean he surpassed Roger.
Its🙂 capt jack sparrow,he sails a pitch black ship "the black pearl"and has a burned mark on his face and all of y'all know that the flying dutchman exists in one piece
i liked the theory that its Masked Deuce who has the ponoglyf, we know he sails a ship that is charred black by ace and he uses aces fire in a dial, he used paddle technology to build aces skiff, so seems feasible that be may have a wirlpool making device behind his boat, plus who would be more touched by flame then aces former first mate
Fun thought on Dragon, if he would wind up being the Man Marked by Flame, is that maybe his devil fruit power actually just allows him to control currents, which would let him apply it to both air currents and water currents.
Teach's interest in the Revolutionaries stems from his very British way of working the geopolitics of the world- why fight someone directly when they have enemies. He's looking to use the RA and the World Government against one another, making a cold war hot and enabling room to move.
I think BB wants to overthrow world government to take over the world himself. He then would have them as enemys, because they share basically the same goal. But for now, confronting them makes no sense, as they have the same enemy.
I think the most simple one to nominate is loki, he was the captain, he has a bands on his face maybe to hide his burn scars, we dont know what his devil fruit does (it can control see maybe) and he is big enough to easily carry ponyglyph
@@SteppingFawn maybe. We don't know how their relationship worked, for all we know Hanafuda and Kaido were like the auction house on Sabaody and Doflamingo just a way to get power/money. @@nobody42071 exactly. And with Whose Who formerly of Cipher Pol losing the Nika fruit 13 years ago maybe this time the WG decided that the best protector of the last Road Poneglyph is a former warlord who "died". I'm not 100% sure it's Hanafuda, but he fits so well to everything we know and with Oda's recent Rocky Port reveal I'm wondering if some more things are in SBS's that we should pay attention to. Then again I'm basically alone in the "Mother Carmel is alive" camp now that we should meet the giant who fled Big Moms birthday so I do have crazy ideas.
it has to be someone whose face is not widely known or they would just say "dragon has the final poneglyph" and not call them by a cryptic descriptor. my money is on masked deuce. everyone on this list except loki and saul are widely recognizable (among other issues, such as the fact that we always see dragon in the rev hq and never sailing around on his ship which is what the mmbf does), loki has been imprisoned for 6 years and like you said has likely never left elbaf, and saul is not a pirate, has no reasonable way to have ever acquired the poneglyph, and like loki and dragon, is currently just...chilling (or dying i guess based on that cliffhanger), not sailing the seas making whirlpools. masked deuce is someone with strong ties to ace and whitebeard which gives him reasonable cause to look after the poneglyph if whitebeard had it relocated for safekeeping and his connection to ace and the flame flame fruit could be the very narrative tie that makes him "marked by flames". someone a while back (i forget which channel) made a theory that deuce may have ace's fire stored in dials and is using it to create whirlpools on the spade pirate ship which was charred black by ace's flames and i absolutely love that idea. the one thing im absolutely certain of though is that it is NOT dragon. he has no connection to the poneglyph plotline, he is always at rev hq, and he has enough set up for him to do in this final saga already with the final stage of their revolution about to happen, the tease that they will likely clash with the holy knights, and whatever blackbeard and lafitte may be planning to do to intercept the revolutionary army right now. plus, there's his eventual reunion with luffy and whatever he ends up doing in retaliation to garp's kidnapping and likely death (obv im not proposing that he'll go rescue garp since he didnt do that for anyone else but i think there will definitely be story there based around his reaction to garp's fate). we also need to see his backstory and he will certainly get one major fight against one of the final antagonists (and this is obviously speculation but i do think he and akainu have history and that might be another thing to cover completely independently from everything else ive said). thats a lot for him to do, theres literally no reason for him to also be the man marked by flames from a narrative sense and in-universe he has no motive or opportunity to do anything remotely close to sailing around the seas with the road poneglyph. i think oda /wants/ us to suspect its dragon with the black ship, the whirlpools, and the "mark". i think its a very clear red herring. i will eat my own testicles if dragon ends up being the man marked by flames.
Pretty sure the name "Man Marked by Flames" is a translation of "Hi no Kizu", "Hi" meaning "fire", and "Kizu" meaning "wound" or "scar". So it's confirmed to be someone with a burn scar, which is why Kuzan made the "maybe it's me" joke.
I think it might be Loki as kid was like he had heads up about the location of the poneglyff at the end of wano, also shanks was like he knew the location and both ended up at Elbaf. Other than this remember Big mom was like if Lola had married Loki she would have reached Laugh Tale before anyone so could it be that Loki is the eyepatch??
u forgot one option : the previous elder that escaped imu's judgement and you timed this video perfectly because according to the early hints we are getting the info on the person waiting on elbaph for the straw hats in the next chapter
@vivansharma2997 from what evidence? I'm not the most observant but I feel like I'd remember there being a different face among the Elders in a flashback. Or is it just a guess given a source of inside information would be a logical way to get exposition out.
@@radaro.9682 imu killed Saturn through a black flames attack, and garling was replaced with him, so we know that gorouseis can be replaced, and jupeter among the all seems pretty young so he might have been replaced by another elder from the past, that elder might escaped imu's attack and thus called man marked by flames
Well they can also cause whirlpool with fishman karate, and poneglyph disappeared from fishman island, the sun pirates tattoo as well It could be a fishman
i tougth you would mention Masked Duce, i know he is from a novel, but, fits very well, he and Ace made a black ship burnign it to scape the island they were traped on, he had a vehicle that operates with Ace's flames on a flame dial and would be under shirohige but did not show in marine ford (he didn't exist at the time but it does now as far as i know), it could be that shirohige trusted that mission under the idea he was going to save ace and would want his crew to have the poneglyph to get him closer to become pirate king, wich is what shirohige wanted
Its said that the man mark by flames sailes on a black ship and when I first heard that I knew that there was only one pirate in fiction that will match that description. Its Captain JACK SPARROW mates sailing the BLACK PEARL!!!!!!
Maybe the man marked by flames is the pirate with an eyepatch too. So i have to go with a completely new character. cause we gotta keep in mind one piece is nearing the end...
i think its either a fishman from the sun pirates like KTthe1true said or maybe marco, it being whitebeards territory could mean that it got moved to whitebeards island that marco protects. another reason is becos of his pheonix flames and why the marines want "whitebeards treasure" so much
I believe 'marked by flames' is referring to a burn mark from a brand, the way cattle farmers used to brand cattle with a hot iron brand for marking ownership. I think thats whats on Dragon's face...not a tattoo.
I think the man marked by flames is shanks brother who had both arms and was talking to the gorosei. He was talking to the gorosei so I think he could be related to imu and Imu is symbolised by water and the water levels rising.
My money is still on the Mask Deuce as being the man Marked By Flames he is kept Ace Flames around for years now and probably been burned by them he probably consumed a devil fruit on his own afterwards giving him Whirlpool Associated powers he blacked a ship with Aces fire
he has a flame dial made from ace fire that might be able to creat the whorpools as he uses that dial to use the striker when ace is not aboared the ship (we saw that in the ace novels) so he can create a circle motion to move the striker and so to create the warpools and i would like to see him being insainly strong and have that ability without a fruit
Yeah and the reaction of law and robin could be a big hint because ace freind was wb doctor and we saw wb being nurtured with law's logo in the tools There for they might know each other And we knew wb took Fishman Island in the beginning of the great pirates era as his territory So Neptune might told robin about the man wb sent to take the last ponegleph

I think Saul is the best guess based on the characters we know well. Because also it was said that "Likely the marines should also hold a poneglyph" I think it was at the BB party with Kuzan? So since Saul is connected to the marines it makes sense. He might have known where it was and stolen it back or something. Him and the poneglyph may be what the big conflict during or after Elbaf will be about. It's also a big tell that he is bandaged all over. He was frozen and then when the island was nuked he survived due to being encased in the ice but still suffered burn marks from the fire
It would be crazy but what if oda has already drew that character in the manga, maybe in cover pages or cover stories Is it a fishman, maybe ? -The last road poneglyph is from fishman island -Fishmen are marked with sun pirates tattoo which could be the flames -Fishman karate can cause whirpools as well It could also be an unknown member of roger pirates, who's seen the true history with roger and is protecting it while waiting for the right person(luffy) to find it.
Wild guesssss is it urouge and hears why. He is the only supernova left who we haven't seen in a long time or interacting with anyone from the main crew. Law and Kid both heard about the person but don't know their real name.
1. Masked Deuce, - as a former part of Yonko Crew Pirate Whitebeard, he potentially has a copy of it for sure. 2. Scopper Gaban - No solid theory but maybe last protector of Road Poneglyph to oppose the government of course. Maybe Roger's last wish to him. 3. Akainu -Having as the governments loyal dog, protecting the true history as it is so it will never be expose. 4. Saul - As the professor of the giants and also a scholar of Ohara, pretty sure he has it. Thats why shanks is pretty chill about everything, as long as shanks has 1 access of the road poneglyphs he doesnt need to act but after Wano incident, Kaido and Big Mom fall, the only missing is what he need to protect ig.
lowkey, i think it’d be a giant plot twist if fisher tiger didn’t actually die, and went into hiding with the stone. his tattoo could be his flame mark, and fishmen moving things on the ocean floor can cause whirlpools
Its most likely Hanafuda the former warlord, who Ace burnt and the WG "retired" to hide the shame that he lost which gave Kuma his title. I thought it was that former warlord since first mention of someone with burn scars, and his weapon spinning or his likely TRex zoan forms tail could make whirlpools.(Kaido likely got Ancient Zoans from Hanafuda somehow) They shouldn't be on Elbaph, a non WG island, Leffitte should be looking for them or WG info on their location in Red Line. They should always be at sea, or as much as possible, being on land makes it harder to run from pursuit using whirlpools on the ocean. This is the gatekeeper to Laugh Tale, they will be strong and trying to avoid pirates.
Whoa, the piece about Scopper Gaban potentially holding the final Road Poneglyph in Elbaf was a mind-bender! The connections between Roger's old crew helping the Straw Hats throughout the Grand Line make total sense. I mean, if anyone’s got the inside scoop on Laugh Tale, it’s gotta be a Roger pirate. Can't wait for Oda to confirm or throw a curveball on us!
There is a massive relationship between the man marked by flames and the strawhat pirates or Law because that panel where Law is making a weird face at 6:00 is very telling and I've never heard anyone talking about it.
I’m interested in the 2 fingers Blackbeard raised when mentioning him. Was it quotation marks gesture or does he know who it is/might be and gesturing 2 pronged claws. There was a guy in the background of the rocks pirate introduction who looked to have claws… maybe there’s something here dunno.
I feel like the man marked by flames will likely be a new a character we haven't seen before as a plot device to tie in to the next major arc. Something like a Cipher Pol agent who at one point was tasked with securing the poneglyphs for the WG in Roger's era, but instead he betrays them after learning their true purpose from Roger. It always seemed odd to me how the WG has done seemingly little to prevent people from finding these stones, and in fact 4 of the most valuable ones are in the possession of pirates.
I think it's Doctor Hiriluk. This would be a MASSIVE connection for Chopper and makes complete and total sense why Black Beard went to Drum Island, he was looking for Hiriluk to get the Ponegliph. That would have been the earliest Red Ponegligh on the Grandline. The silhouette from the rocks crew is very similar to a young Hiriluk, and he could have contracted his illness on God Valley due to Saturn. As for the burn scar, his death was supposedly because of the poisonous mushroom, but in reality, he drank something, an explosion happened, and only his hat was shown. During this exchange, Hirluk claimed that Wapol could not kill him, claimed that Chopper's poisonous mushroom will not kill him, and his body was never shown.
One person who is my leading theory who never gets mentioned: Kuzon Aokiji. He can fit all current evidence that exists. How long the rumors have been around is not clear, and soon after his fight with Akainu it’s reasonable to think he would be less recognizable and be based on his wounds. His motives can be traced to Ohara like every other big player, and was introduced in the most relevant time of it. He can cause whirlpools by creating dense ice under the water that would sink causing a void to not be found out his identity. His goal was to work his way up to fleet admiral, when it didn’t work, he stole the easiest lode stone from fish man island during the chaos after he lost the fight. And now he is keeping his eye on Blackbeard biding his time.
I truly believe the last ponaglyph is in alabasta and zoro already found it when luffy chopper and zoro were looking for shade and fell underground. It was a legit random location for a ponaglyph to be!! And crocodile was there looking everywhere for one
Fun fact: the Straw Hats, or anyone looking for Laughtale, does not need to find all 4 road poneglyphs. Laughtale is located at the spot where two line running through locations described by road poneglyphs are located. This means that Laughtale is located on both lines. By extension, this means by gathering only 3 road poneglyphs and drawing a triangle with the locations described is a way that guarantees you will also go over Laughtale. While it will not pinpoint the exact location of the island, you can do that yourself by simply sailing alongside the edges of the triangle.
i think i found him at 99%, it is heimdall,in the thor film he has a burn scar, nika has a sword and a spear, the spear will go to luffy while heimdall will give the sword later to zoro,we saw the name of "oden" so "heimdall will come".
Just thought of a really cool possibility... a character that we already know, who can make whirlpools, who is marked by flames, who recently came into need of a new ship, AND who has a history with poneglyphs... The new captain of the Sun pirates, Aladdin!!! Maybe he has been trying to get into contact with Jinbe to let him know he has found a Red Road poneglyph, but has been unable to contact him do to Jinbe being on Wano etc, or simply not knowing where to look until after the news gets out of the Straw Hats' whereabouts and they are gone already!
I like the scooper gaban theory is a good one but there are 3 things that others should think about 1. He is not that big, maybe around crocus sized 2. He is blonde And 3. He wears Japanese style clothes so that rules out any who was on the Roger pirate's
I found two underrated theories as who the man marked by flames is, both never showed up in the anime, one a Ohara survivor, probably a archeologist, the marked by flame simple, from the Ohara buster call, and the black ship, theory is from the ashes of the tree of knowledge in Ohara, as for the whirlpools, theory is he was saved by a fishman, and how he knew of the poneglyh, also why he took the poneglyh, wanted to kept it hidden and away from fishman island, the second is none other than Ace's fomer vice captain, forgot the name, but his former vc in his spade crew, and in cannon he also join the Whitebeard, he's also the one that build Ace's speedboat, he also had a flame dial, theory he created a bigger version of it that can create whirlpools, and might explain the marked by flame, or it's a tatoo to remember Ace, they also burned their old Spade ship, also interesting fact, he was also a shipwright and read about using burnt wood as coating, so that may explain the black ship.
So after watching the video, I remembered something. When we saw Edd War, Roger vs Shiki, something or someone that was not Monkey D. Dragon caused the waves that saved Roger pirates. I assume it was the egg they had on board because the crew didn't possess any devil fruits except Buggy the Clown. Maybe Scopper Gaban has as a mate the thing that was in the egg and they travel together on a black ship. The creature that was in the egg makes the whirlpools and they escape when needed.
I think this will be a new character, I bet it’s the silhouette figure we saw in the double page spread showing those who are in the rage to claim the one piece.
It's still possible that it is Kozuki Oden... 1. He would have a massive burn scar from his Legendary Hour in the pot of oil. 2. He knows where both Fishman Island and Laugh Tale are. 3. With how strong he was, it's entirely possible that a simple bullet wouldn't kill him, whether by armament haki or sheer toughness (since it was only seen as a silhouette), given that he was dragged behind Whitebeard's ship for three days and was the only other person known to stand toe-to-toe and actually hurt Kaido with little effort. 4. Going with the Roger Pirates to Laugh Tale and learning the importance of the Poneglyphs, the Void Century and the treasure, he would have motive to hide it. 5. He was a swordsman and, like the Roger Pirates, he liked to party. Meanwhile the silhouettes so far have shown a man drinking and a man with what looks like a cutlass sword, which could be Gol D. Roger's sword, Ace (or possibly fashioned after Ace since Oden both idolized pirates and had to give up both of his swords after his "death"). 6. The land of Wano is surrounded by whirlpools, so he could very well know the destructive capability of them and how to navigate them, so either he would be inclined to eat the Whirl-Whirl Fruit, or maybe if he were sailing around Wano at the time the story came up, anyone chasing him would fall into the whirlpools. Also, if the idea of "black sails" came from the same story of the whirlpools, the dark red sails of the Oro Jackson could be hidden by the stormy weather around Wano, Lodestar, or whatever other island he might be sailing around, because we don't know what happened to the Oro Jackson either. It's even possible he might be using the Oro Jackson with different sails and be holding the poneglyph where the mysterious egg was while Scopper Gaban might be holding the egg. 7. It's possible that when the Roger Pirates broke up, some of them grouped up to make sure nothing could happen to them (example: the man with Crocus might be set up nearby to make sure he could fill Crocus' role if something happened to him) so Oden might have been able to contact and seek haven with one of them in the case he had to either leave Wano or open its borders. Also, he could've had one or more people offer to take his "dead" body from the pot and bury it, but in reality, making a fake grave while Oden escaped on an anonymous black-sailed vessel and fulfilled a larger role like Crocus, Rayleigh, Scopper Gaban and Shanks. 8. Knowing very well how strong and dangerous Kaido was, he could've insisted that he and the other Roger Pirates move the poneglyph from Fish Man Island, which would coincide with Jack being only three years old when they reached Laugh Tale and five years old when Oden "died," so he might not remember or never have known about that poneglyph and thus Jack could not have told Kaido about it (also, possibly, because after Roger's visit and learning what they said, Neptune might have both allowed Oden to take it and agreed to keep it a secret from the other fish men, hence why none of them make a big deal about only having one during the Fish Man Island Arc)
4 general ideas - Usopp's time skip instructor - former warlord or emperor - former sun pirate captain tiger - a pirate from Brook's era ( he lived before Roger's era so it could be a legendary/ well known person from then back then but all the people that knew what happened to them are long gone or don't know they are a famous person from a previous era, Brook wouldn't fully remember because well they never came up before) If we meet the man marked by flames before they could only have met 4 of the crew, they wouldn't be able to connect the dots until later with help... Luffy, Usopp, Zoro, Brook
I'm still on the boat of betting it's Yorkie. Assuming he survived, he lines up with lots of others stuff. The cover story for example, that guy has blond hair and also is definitely a friend of crocus. Something I've had pointed out is silhouetted figure when vegapunk talks about the fate of the one piece has the exact same sword hilt as him. Finally, he also is by far old enough, old enough in fact that there could be legends made of him. And the best reasoning for this is that he's a character who would trust the straw hats because we have brook on the crew.
Unless Saul rode with dragon after that buster call and the perception of the man marked by flames became the merged identities of more than one person.
I think Dragon makes sense to me. His tattoo works for me. He has the weather control. Black ship. I wouldn't be surprised if he stole the ponyeglyph when he worked for the marines. Also he is leader of the rebellion so he might be holding it for something important. I don't think Robin would say anything, she didn't mention Sabo.
You guys reckon its a person from the fishmen island named davy jones (maybe someone related to hody jones) that oda introduces in the story. The black ship and whirlpools made me think of the davy jones from pirates of the Caribbean. Who’s himself based on some legendary pirate myth
We can probably rule out anyone who’s been primarily static throughout the story. The way the man marked by flames is talked about implies that he’s almost always on the move, almost always on his black ship.
I believe the Man Marked By Flames could be Xebec himself as I believe that Xebec is LV 5 inmate Roche Thomson as Rocks Xebec is named for Dutch pirate who disappeared Roche Braziliano its either him having survived or is a clone of Xebec much like Stussy
As a Dutch person i want to thank you sharing this info. In all honesty though with all due respect and no offense. From everything i have read this makes the least sense to me. Why would bring Oda him into the story from a Narrative-theme- story or other perspective, without a really solid theory backup in any narrative perspective from Oda. I hope understand why i am saying this and pls let me know if u dont understand anything of my comment.
So, other than the ones Manu's covered the "man" marked by flames could be: 1) A Fishman (Either: Fisher Tiger? He freed Slaves from MG, we don't know his powers and we all know a character ain't dead dead until Oda decides) or : New-ish Fishman possibly the "legendary" Davy Jones we know little about him in the OP universe). 2) Nico Robin's Dad/or Mum (wouldn't it be interesting if during Elbaph Robin reunites with both Saul and Olivia - we all thought Saul dead, but he's back maybe Robin's mum also survived somehow also the "man" tag could just be a red herring. On the other hand What if it's Robin's dad we know jack all about him, we've never seen him we know very little about her parents in general other than her mother Olivia was a scholar/archeologist and was a victim of the destruction of ohara.) 3) If it is someone we've met/heard of before, and none of the above or those mentioned in the video... perhaps someone else related to the rebel army? Bit far fetched tbh like most of these.
It is someone that Law knows about. So it's either someone that Law knows has a relationship with the Strawhat crew or someone who Law has a relationship with good or bad. He knows who it is. That and the marked by flames are the largest tells about who it is. It is most likely Dragon.
I think the man marked by flames might be Hanafuda, the Shichibukai that Ace beat before being offered the position to him and eventually was given to Kuma. He most likely be a man that's marked by flames because of Ace, and he's described as a man with the hobby of collection zoan fruits, so he might have a mythical zoan fruit like you said that can manipulate whirlpools. He will be strong as well as we see that Shichibukais are pretty OP in their own regards and Ace is really powerful as well. so he might be a good potential suspect to be the man we are looking for.
great video detective ohara with detective cap, detective boots, detective devil fruit cup, missing detective pipe. Clickbait title as usual. We do not KNOW who the man marked by flames is.
Just curious if he is right about his theory you ready to retract that statement ?
Yes it is. He's only answer is maybe, most likely bullsh*t!
I don't think we've actually seen the man marked by flames. I think its going to be a completely new character
Its🙂 capt jack sparrow,he sails a pitch black ship "the black pearl"and has a burned mark on his face and all of y'all know that the flying dutchman exists in one piece
17:37 he is just a chill guy
i liked the theory that its Masked Deuce who has the ponoglyf, we know he sails a ship that is charred black by ace and he uses aces fire in a dial, he used paddle technology to build aces skiff, so seems feasible that be may have a wirlpool making device behind his boat, plus who would be more touched by flame then aces former first mate
@@knotsbygordion he not god “ra” he’s god “Hanuman” you got yourself confused. Btw source is oda.
@@RoroNoah-t8e he said RA as in revolutionary army
I think BB wants to overthrow world government to take over the world himself.
He then would have them as enemys, because they share basically the same goal. But for now, confronting them makes no sense, as they have the same enemy.
5:50 "Sorry Sabo fans...if you exist."....ouuuuch. We do exist thank you @Ohara-san
The "Man Marked by Flames" always makes me think about Joshua Graham from Fallout New Vegas.
imagine if its uruoge, would literally be the joshua graham of one piece
I think the most simple one to nominate is loki, he was the captain, he has a bands on his face maybe to hide his burn scars, we dont know what his devil fruit does (it can control see maybe) and he is big enough to easily carry ponyglyph
Great video, loved this format of solving the case. And I lost it with Luffy’s ‘broken broken fruit’ 😂😂🤣🤣
The fact that Hanafuba is missing although he was explicitly taken down by a fire user 4 years ago is crazy tho 😅
Did the WG "retire" him to a black ship that carries the last Road Poneglyph?
@@NeonRogerthis feels like sarcasm and this is hilarious 😂 I mean even before then hanafuda was kaidos associate he would've brought it to him ASAP
@@SteppingFawn maybe. We don't know how their relationship worked, for all we know Hanafuda and Kaido were like the auction house on Sabaody and Doflamingo just a way to get power/money.
Happy to be wrong, but I don't think any of the options mentioned on this video actually fit the burn scarred man.
@@NeonRoger He wasn’t in Impel Down or dead so he’s probably out in the nature
“We already know who it is”…18 mins later…we don’t know shit 🤣
Pretty sure the name "Man Marked by Flames" is a translation of "Hi no Kizu", "Hi" meaning "fire", and "Kizu" meaning "wound" or "scar". So it's confirmed to be someone with a burn scar, which is why Kuzan made the "maybe it's me" joke.
It could be Hinokizu because of the words meaning and they have a burn mark
Sabo has a burn scar !!
Keep up the amazing work and videos ohara love the video
I believe the whirlpool that Luffy had at the start of his journey was created by the Man Marked By Flames
I like that idea. Maybe even the ones when they came up from Fishman Island too?
@@Pickn4Gold yes both or just the Fishman Island ones
I think it might be Loki as kid was like he had heads up about the location of the poneglyff at the end of wano, also shanks was like he knew the location and both ended up at Elbaf. Other than this remember Big mom was like if Lola had married Loki she would have reached Laugh Tale before anyone so could it be that Loki is the eyepatch??
Small point about shiki, arent the poneglyphs made of sea stone? His df ability probably wouldnt help with moving them.
u forgot one option : the previous elder that escaped imu's judgement
and you timed this video perfectly because according to the early hints we are getting the info on the person waiting on elbaph for the straw hats in the next chapter
What previous elder that escaped judgement?
@radaro.9682 it's a theory
@vivansharma2997 from what evidence? I'm not the most observant but I feel like I'd remember there being a different face among the Elders in a flashback. Or is it just a guess given a source of inside information would be a logical way to get exposition out.
@@radaro.9682 imu killed Saturn through a black flames attack, and garling was replaced with him, so we know that gorouseis can be replaced, and jupeter among the all seems pretty young so he might have been replaced by another elder from the past, that elder might escaped imu's attack and thus called man marked by flames
i always though the man marked by flames was a fish man my guess is Sunbell
Well they can also cause whirlpool with fishman karate, and poneglyph disappeared from fishman island, the sun pirates tattoo as well
It could be a fishman
@@maharghjoshi228 that was kinda my logic as well and sunbell is the fishman on Roger's crew
It'd be funny if Silver Axe was Scopper Gabban's dad
i tougth you would mention Masked Duce, i know he is from a novel, but, fits very well, he and Ace made a black ship burnign it to scape the island they were traped on, he had a vehicle that operates with Ace's flames on a flame dial and would be under shirohige but did not show in marine ford (he didn't exist at the time but it does now as far as i know), it could be that shirohige trusted that mission under the idea he was going to save ace and would want his crew to have the poneglyph to get him closer to become pirate king, wich is what shirohige wanted
It’s ROCKS!!!!
@@RainingPog Was it not loki?
@@stopfedz Maybe not. Cause as fat as i can see loki's eyes are strapped and are not eyepatch. So maybe not loki
i think its either a fishman from the sun pirates like KTthe1true said or maybe marco, it being whitebeards territory could mean that it got moved to whitebeards island that marco protects. another reason is becos of his pheonix flames and why the marines want "whitebeards treasure" so much
In my op it’s Gaban who is a former Rodger Pirates.
If it was actually shanks brother talking to Gorosei , Shanks's character would lose all the writing
@ then why did shanks have his left hand?
Nope it's loki
I still dont understand why people actually believe this theory.
@@mikebrown5877 what’s your evidence?
My money is still on the Mask Deuce as being the man Marked By Flames he is kept Ace Flames around for years now and probably been burned by them he probably consumed a devil fruit on his own afterwards giving him Whirlpool Associated powers he blacked a ship with Aces fire
he has a flame dial made from ace fire that might be able to creat the whorpools as he uses that dial to use the striker when ace is not aboared the ship (we saw that in the ace novels) so he can create a circle motion to move the striker and so to create the warpools and i would like to see him being insainly strong and have that ability without a fruit
Yeah and the reaction of law and robin could be a big hint because ace freind was wb doctor and we saw wb being nurtured with law's logo in the tools
There for they might know each other
And we knew wb took Fishman Island in the beginning of the great pirates era as his territory
So Neptune might told robin about the man wb sent to take the last ponegleph
Preach
@@DaksSake hello dak, I was gonna give u credit, I actually wrote a long comment wish supposed to mention u but because of the damn youtube I logged out of the comment section to knew ur name just to come back and find the whole thing gone
Soo I just wrote the core of it
@@rexenku7789 all good👌🏻 I actually loved that point you brought up about the medical equipment. I didn’t even say that in my video but it really makes a ton of sense
It would be crazy but what if oda has already drew that character in the manga, maybe in cover pages or cover stories
Is it a fishman, maybe ?
-The last road poneglyph is from fishman island
-Fishmen are marked with sun pirates tattoo which could be the flames
-Fishman karate can cause whirpools as well
It could also be an unknown member of roger pirates, who's seen the true history with roger and is protecting it while waiting for the right person(luffy) to find it.
If Dragon had it during the 2year timeskip, Robin should’ve already known.
Wild guesssss is it urouge and hears why. He is the only supernova left who we haven't seen in a long time or interacting with anyone from the main crew. Law and Kid both heard about the person but don't know their real name.
1. Masked Deuce,
- as a former part of Yonko Crew Pirate Whitebeard, he potentially has a copy of it for sure.
2. Scopper Gaban
- No solid theory but maybe last protector of Road Poneglyph to oppose the government of course. Maybe Roger's last wish to him.
3. Akainu
-Having as the governments loyal dog, protecting the true history as it is so it will never be expose.
4. Saul
- As the professor of the giants and also a scholar of Ohara, pretty sure he has it.
'Granma' was the name of the ship with which the cuban revolution was started (Fidel Castro + Che Guevara)
Fire content🔥🔥🔥
Why not Hanafuda? Burned By ace, high position, appearance probably change (cause got burned)
Can cause whirlpools
Its most likely Hanafuda the former warlord, who Ace burnt and the WG "retired" to hide the shame that he lost which gave Kuma his title. I thought it was that former warlord since first mention of someone with burn scars, and his weapon spinning or his likely TRex zoan forms tail could make whirlpools.(Kaido likely got Ancient Zoans from Hanafuda somehow)
They shouldn't be on Elbaph, a non WG island, Leffitte should be looking for them or WG info on their location in Red Line. They should always be at sea, or as much as possible, being on land makes it harder to run from pursuit using whirlpools on the ocean. This is the gatekeeper to Laugh Tale, they will be strong and trying to avoid pirates.
Bruh
They have a giant who digs underground too
I’m interested in the 2 fingers Blackbeard raised when mentioning him.
The man marked by flames is no other than "PANDAMAN"
The man who is burned by flames with a scar
Just thought of a really cool possibility... a character that we already know, who can make whirlpools, who is marked by flames, who recently came into need of a new ship, AND who has a history with poneglyphs... The new captain of the Sun pirates, Aladdin!!! Maybe he has been trying to get into contact with Jinbe to let him know he has found a Red Road poneglyph, but has been unable to contact him do to Jinbe being on Wano etc, or simply not knowing where to look until after the news gets out of the Straw Hats' whereabouts and they are gone already!
I like the scooper gaban theory is a good one but there are 3 things that others should think about
1. He is not that big, maybe around crocus sized
2. He is blonde
And 3.
Obviously it's Panda Man - Bepo's dad! that's why Trafalgar law knows who it is!!!
"Marked by Flames" is an organisation. The apanese translator Lunapiena had reveals that
I think this will be a new character, I bet it’s the silhouette figure we saw in the double page spread showing those who are in the rage to claim the one piece.
11:56 i was thinking the same thing as soon as the vid started lol i wanted to wait until u mentioned him before i commented that
16:56 even though it’s possible to get burned by the ice but it says “man” marked by “flames “ not ice or a giant
Its Scopper Gaban and Sunbell The Fishman from Rogers crew,Sunbell is the one who makes Whirlpools.
The best theory about The Man Marked By Flames is Dak's Sake theory that expect him to be (Masked Deuce).
Dude I love that mug! That’s so cool man! If you see this comment would you be able to tell me where you got it?
My guess would be “Masked deuce” Ace first mate 🔥
Yeah we don't know much about ace's pirate crew
the man marked by flames is a former gorosei who survived being executed by imus black flames
looks like Rayleigh icl 🤣
4 general ideas
- Usopp's time skip instructor
- former warlord or emperor
- former sun pirate captain tiger
- a pirate from Brook's era ( he lived before Roger's era so it could be a legendary/ well known person from then back then but all the people that knew what happened to them are long gone or don't know they are a famous person from a previous era, Brook wouldn't fully remember because well they never came up before)
If we meet the man marked by flames before they could only have met 4 of the crew, they wouldn't be able to connect the dots until later with help...
It's scopper babe , it's the last chance Oda can introduce him in the shortest arc available
I think it’s loki, that is why his face was covered with bandana and his weapon is the last poneglyph
The man marked by flames, probably will be an old pirate who fought against Ace lol
has to be saul marked by the flames of ohara
Unless Saul rode with dragon after that buster call and the perception of the man marked by flames became the merged identities of more than one person.
@@JoseLara-ds9gp assuming they give directions in a 2D plane yes. But if it becomes a 3D plane then this changes this
In my opinion the man marked by flames is more than one person and they have different powers but they all have fire marks on parts of their bodies.
Hi... I think you should have included Masked Duce aslo
Imagine the black ship being named the black pearl similar to pirates of the Caribbean ❤❤
I rewatched pirates of the Caribbean because there no One piece contents, even I throught of the same thing
Saul was a vice-admiral or something, so he does have navigating skills, maybe he has a technique to createwhirllpools since he was a Marine.
Why would bring Oda him into the story from a Narrative-theme-
story or other perspective, without a really solid theory backup in any narrative perspective from Oda.
I hope understand why i am saying this and pls let me know if u dont understand anything of my comment.
So, other than the ones Manu's covered the "man" marked by flames could be:
1) A Fishman (Either: Fisher Tiger? He freed Slaves from MG, we don't know his powers and we all know a character ain't dead dead until Oda decides) or : New-ish Fishman possibly the "legendary" Davy Jones we know little about him in the OP universe).
2) Nico Robin's Dad/or Mum (wouldn't it be interesting if during Elbaph Robin reunites with both Saul and Olivia - we all thought Saul dead, but he's back maybe Robin's mum also survived somehow also the "man" tag could just be a red herring. On the other hand What if it's Robin's dad we know jack all about him, we've never seen him we know very little about her parents in general other than her mother Olivia was a scholar/archeologist and was a victim of the destruction of ohara.)
3) If it is someone we've met/heard of before, and none of the above or those mentioned in the video... perhaps someone else related to the rebel army? Bit far fetched tbh like most of these.
Plot twist, the man marked by flames is responsible for Luffy ending up in a barrel at the beginning of the story.
It's smokers from all the way back then
It is someone that Law knows about.
