@@amo0707- I love both also. They both appeal to the same demo and would hate to see one take business from the other. There are plenty of other locations for a Trader Joes that lack a grocery store that would be a better fir for them (old K-Mart strip mall that is being renovated).

A Savers thrift store could move into the old Bed Bath and Beyond. I think the store would serve Southern Utah well.
