IRS2092S 500W Mono гораздо лучше, шума нет абсолютно! А TDA8954TH шумит! Чтобы хоть как-то избавиться от шума, мне пришлось выпаять оба диодных моста, разместить их у трансформатора, падать на них напрямую от транса напряжение, и еще добавить 2 конденсатора на выходах диодных мостов по 10 000 мкф. на 100 вольт!
После этой переделки низкочастотного фона (50 герц) совсем нет, а слышен только ВЧ шум, но будем считать это приемлемым! Все это из-за того, что при проектировании платы были допущены грубейшие ошибки, вход усилителя НЕЛЬЗЯ размещать около переменного питания ! Второе: конденсаторы на плате - всего 50 вольт! Если смотреть по даташиту, видно, что максимальная мощность в 420w достигается подачей напряжения в +-41 вольт, а это уже минимум 100 вольт для конденсаторов! Да, еще их емкость недостаточна, но заменить их на самой плате нет возможности, так как они стоят вплотную друг к другу, а более емкие конденсаторы немного крупнее, их никак не втиснуть! Очень надеюсь, что мой опыт поможет кому-то сделать правильный выбор при покупке усилителей и не повторять моих ошибок!

IRS2092S VS TDA8954TH ???
Hello, the board (IRS2092S) is only 250W @ 4 ohms maximum. Chinese manufacturers have difficulty understanding that two 250W channels operating in bridge are needed to provide 500W of power. This board is based on the electronic schematic of IRAUDAMP7S, but resistors R13 (100R) and R15 (130k) appear in the diagram with different values, R7 (3.01k) and R8 (120k).
(For IRAUDAMP7S) NOTE:
Potentiometer P1A and P1B have been set to zero ohms. This is configured as a 2 terminal variable resistor. This should be set to 200 ohms. This will give a nominal operational frequency of 400kHz for the amplifier module.

For subwoofer it's better use low pass filter not tone control ... Irs2092 bass much better. What do you say?
TDA8954TH has heating issue. When I connected 24V duel supply 5 Amp, it was heating a lot even without any load. Earlier I thought that it may be an issue in the piece that I received but then I saw exactly the same issue mentioned in some UA-cam video comment.

And another question can anybody explain why the sanshun transformer to the round transformer and then two capacitors? Would I really need all that to power it?

please help me.i have purchased this 500W irs2092 kit.it's working nice.only thing is when we disconnect speaker & make amp ON,output snubber resistor gets heated too much.It's smd resistor of 10 ohms.Have anyone come across same problem?
It support the speaker resister 4-8ohm. Maybe it have problem when you put 10ohm

No its not like that.It has zobel network of 10 ohms &0.1uf. That resistor heats up.Even op inductor also heats up.

this happens only at open load condition.
Try with supply voltage more than +/- 65V , if the supply voltage is below 65, the speaker impedance should be more than 8 Ohms. This is because of bus pumping effect of class d amplifiers.
what is the infuctor core material ?
Inconclusive. Next time measure them with a multimeter.

It's a lot easier if you have a multimeter connected to the ouput as well. These would cost a little over $30, but that is a worthwhile investment, if your hobby is fiddling with electronics.

Dude irs2092s no greater than tda8954th. I have them both, and I have used 1000va Transformer on both. With irs2092s(stereo) I have used +/-70vdc(1000va transformer) with tda8954th(btL stereo) I have used +/-35vdc(1000va transformer) the irs2092s sounds like shit compared to tda8954th. Tda8954th can pull huge amount of currents(amperes), tda8954 needs minimum 500va transformer in a btL mode to get the max 420watts. Well you will never get the max but maybe 375 clear watts. Irs2092 sounds like stk4191 produce better sunds than that.

Tda 8954 btl mono.....because tda8954 can either be used for two channel and there is option you can make it BTL ( bridge tied load ) to achieve 420 watt mono instead of 210 w * 2 ( stereo) . Thus the requirement of high voltage input is simplified ( you can use 2* 37 volt rails or 24, 0 , 24 ac transformer
