The developer is not the owner of the land in Medini. Iskandar Investment Berhad is the owner. Sunway, Mah Sing etc are the developers. CNA made mistakes in their report. Why dont you look it up? But it is true there are many pitfalls buying in Malaysia. Not as transparent as SG

It seems that all these videos including this one seems to suggest almost all Singapore buyers regretted or got cheated.. Any figures to show? 90% singapore buyers kana cheated or regretted? or only 10% while the rest 90% are happy with their JB/Msia properties?

Secondly, there is non existence of any resale data that the public can take reference on. Like in ura. Likewise, there are many that are also many optimistic videos out there. Maybe they have make tons of 💰 which I may not be aware off.
But if u are a Malaysian buying n selling with less restrictions. Then surely there is money to make. Is like in SG. FT Pay 60% ABSD. Haven't gamble already loss $$
