I love how all my PCOS girlies are finding ways to feel good about the changes PCOS has on our body. I have it and my hair went from thick waist length to shedding daily and I had to cut it. Now I’m thinking about cutting it all off and needed some ways to style my hair.

Does that stuff wash out easily? Why put that stuff on your hair then put a cap on then add the same stuff on the cap??? Is the point of the cap is to protect your hair from product and glue? Not a troll just a professional stylist. And I believe quick weaves can be healthier and truly a protective style. No toxins, no chemicals.
You should do some more research that clear shield people have been using for decades when doing quickweaves. She did mention thst her method was sweatproof and maybe thats just the products that work for her. Theres plenty of youtube videos where women have used it.
@@brownskinnbabygurl I have done research. Over 20 years of being a cosmetologist. My thoughts come from years of know and doing better. Just because many people do it doesn’t mean it’s healthy. My point is those products and techniques are unhealthy and why so many black women struggle to grow hair and keep it. And it causes health issues in the long run.
