Cons: This building is a street away from Central Park with 3 large, busy, crosswalks beforehand. It's not right on Central Park like 55 Central Park West, which is an issue if you are going for the ultra luxury. This apartment is comparatively small compared to other units in luxury NYC, but I suspect one is paying for the brand name "Billionaires Row" rather than living space. There is some weight to it that name and I suspect the right buyer would use this as a their secondary with the primary a much larger space elsewhere in the city. Not much information was shared on the various amenities with the building. Quartzite and plaster are not ultra luxury either. Pros: It's staged very well. The designer knew how to combine class and comfort to make this luxury home. The view is great and one of the best I've seen. If you find the right buyer, as with all properties, this will do fine.
I'm not a lover of major city as the majority of them don't look nice. If I wanted to splash big cash on a home with amazing views I'd buy somewhere in Switzerland, Italy or Austria etc.
I can't be the only one who subscribed to see big old fashioned country mansions in the uk, renovated to be modern inside or just a traditional character property but those big mansions in the country.. I can't be the only one.. I don't get why the ppl who run this channel don't listen to their viewers
I have to agree. Im sure everything in there is expensive but the choice of furniture and decorations doesn’t give the rich vibe that most home with the same price tag exudes. Lovely view though
People in the comments thinking with logic why this apartment isnt worth the money when the truth is the kind of person who can afford this probably has so much money they really dont give a flying shit about logic when making these purchases.
Not enough information on materials and furnishings for me too dark to even try and see much. None of that is art deco. Even if I had the dosh to afford it most of it would have to go and reconfigure it. I don't like that bath too close to the vanity and colours are old not the quality one would look for at that cost. No pool and no garden even on a sunny day it's dark. Redecorated and reconfigured could be better. bedrooms are too small.
The price is nothing but a scam. You don't even own the whole building. You don't have your own private outdoor space/garden. You'd be better off spending money literally anywhere else. I've literally seen homes that are ⅕ of the price that look better
@charlesjay8818 what I'm saying is for that insane price, ypu don't get an outdoor space or garden. I've seen so many other homes with so much more to offer. This is just a scam

I would make do, somehow. I am available for house/petsitting.😆😁
This would be an iconic building in decades to come. So grateful to see this apartment review
💚 That 50% Park and buildings & 50% Sky, has to be the perfect viewing height ... Stunning

This is gorgeous!Love the art!❤
I could never live that high up because I’m terrified of heights, but wow what a view!!
First
Also i love how luxurious and cozy the apartment looks
you always view the worst most generic properties in new york
It's a tall building filled with drywall. Take out all the dress furniture it's an office floor with nice bathrooms. It makes no sense.
Your body is mostly water, which is free.
It’s on dirt. Take out the building and it’s a potato field with a nice fence. It makes no sense.
Well .... the internal walls could be block so there You go 😘
Congratulations on describing a building lol
Can't think why anyone would want to live in a flat in such a busy city that costs millions. 😮
You didn't say where you live, and in what kind of home. Do super wealthy people constitute your neighbors?
@@stanlee3619 I AM extremely wealthy and I have 0 neighbours but breath taking views 😘

Impeccable 😮❤
Not the best in design but a lovely view.
Thats 90% of the price tag

Doesn't the building sway?
It gives me disembark syndrome anxiety.

Still not sold?
There is a building that has better views and if it is located in Billionaires Row! This building in the video is 2 blocks away!

My third wife would love this! 🙏🏻

You expect a garden or outdoor space on the 46th floor?????? lol
