- ERROR CODES I MISSED:
262 = Displayed when a game cannot load after data fails to send.
264 = Displayed when a client starts while another client is already playing a game. This error can indicate an unknown/unwanted user on an account. This error can also occur if the player is warned/banned in-game, but that error code has been replaced with 273 instead of 264. If no internet issues are occurring with the account, this is likely due to the account being compromised and someone else trying to start a game while the original account owner is already playing a game. When Error 273 occurs, the reconnect button will appear on the right of the Leave Button. This error also appears if a user rejoins a game too quickly, or sometimes when a server completely crashes,
271 = Displayed when a player is inactive in a game for 20 or more minutes while playing a game alone. Because it's only themselves playing the game, error code 271 appears instead of 278. This can also happen in games that have their player counts boosted with bots; since the bots do not physically exist in the game (there is no location of the bots), but do register as in servers.
273 = Identical to error 264, however, this error occurs when a user is in-game while warned, banned or terminated. The user is kicked from the server and their page reloads, which then shows the user the ban/warn. In most cases when pressing reconnect upon being banned with code 273, error code 769 or 773 will show. But it may also happen if the same account launches a game.
The same Error Code and Reconnection aftermath can occur if a user presses ''log out from all other sessions'' in the security Tab while in-game.
275 = Displayed when Roblox closes a game server for maintenance or if a game is deleted by a Roblox staff member while being played.
Rarely displays when the private server owner disables "Allow Joining" in the private server settings
278 = Idle for 20 minutes
279 = Displayed when the client is unable to connect to the game server, which can be caused by website blocks on the user's internet, trying to reconnect to a server that crashed/froze, or when Roblox is experiencing downtime or other issues. It can sometimes occur when a user attempts to rejoin the same server before Roblox disconnects them from their previous visit, and this error can cause users to lose progress from their previous visit.
282 = Displayed when the computer has network issues, or when you are playing an experience that is under review. Error 277 can also occur.
284 = Displayed when commonly caused by a "UI Overload" (millions of UI elements on the screen, causing a client overload), but the real reason is unknown, Has Gummy Ask got banned for not abouts here.
286 = Displayed when the device that the game is being played on does not have a valid amount of memory to run the game.
"You have been disconnected because you no longer have access to this private server. (Error Code: 286)"
Displayed when someone removes you from their private server.
292 = Displayed when Roblox detects low to near insufficient memory to run Roblox. This warning is similar to error code 286, although players who encounter this warning have the choice to keep playing the game or to leave the game. Some high- end games can cause this error quicker then regular games depending on the players mobile device and how it runs Roblox.
---------TELEPORT ERRORS---------
517 = Displayed when a client attempts to join a server that is in the process of closing, or when a player attempts to rejoin a server before Roblox disconnects them from their previous visit (ID 17/279 may happen too)
522 = Used to be displayed when a user attempts to join a player into a game after the player they are joining has left.
Now the new variant is in the loading screen.
523 = This is a server error, not a game error.
Displayed when the player tries to join a server that has shut down.
Used to rarely happen if you joined a friend in a private server when they left. (Status Changed variant)
Sometimes happens when joining a game which is unpublished/private.
524 = Displayed during Roblox downtime, after attempting to join a VIP server they cannot join, attempting to join a paid access game that they do not own, attempting to join a LuoBu (Roblox China) server, or attempting to join a game as a Guest (For guests, it later changed to 610).
Displayed when attempting to join a server when the game is private.
525 = There is currently not much information about this error. It happens when trying to join a full server for too much time (1-5 minutes)
528 = Happens when a user's party is too big to join a game that has a lower player limit (a long time ago because parties have been removed). May also happen when the player's connection is timed out and/or has problems with connection. (THE ACTUAL RAREST CODE)
529 = roblox is down

there is also "Unexpected client behavior." disconnect pop-up which basically is caused when a player loads/runs a known exploit in the background or the player is lagging horrendously, What is interesting about this error is that once you get it for exploiting, your ip gets blacklisted for 1 hour and it prevents you from joining any experience.
That happened to me few days ago. But it was just some random bug and Roblox worked again when I restarted my pc
“lagging horrendously…” I one time saw it when I jumped out of the baseplate in a game and there was like no barrier and my character looked like flashing triangles and then a minute later it popped up. That was quite an experience for me when I witnessed that.

I used to have dev perms of a relatively unknown cafe game and I would literally delete this model called “workspace” just to troll them all and that would cause that error to pop up on everyone who was in that server as well as kick them from the game.

Actual explanation to error 403, the error is self explanatory - roblox servers failed to connect and authenticate the account, while yes it might mean you CHEATED. It mostly will appear because your DNS cache is messed. Just search how to flush DNS cache on your OS and it should be fine.
The universal error code (not just Roblox) 403 means forbidden. It usually isn’t an error, it’s just you not being able to access something, because you were either blocked or don’t have permissions.

Game errors have always scared me, especially the one on the DS where I would accidentally press the game cartridge and the screen would go black and say that I removed it and I'm in total silence. But they do also interest me. But Roblox errors accompanied by the music in this video is a whole new level to me. However, I know most errors on Roblox are just issues or bad internet, so everything is fine. Thanks for this video, I didn't know Roblox had this many types of errors.

Game dev here! The specific cause of player removed from datamodel is likely either Player:Destroy() being called on your Player instance (found in game.Players), or the Parent property of your player instance being set to nil.
If you have a baseline understanding of how Roblox works you likely already know this, but for anyone who doesn't know how this works or why it might happen well now you know (:

Now that you mention it, it makes complete sense. Using the Destroy() function on the actual Player instance (not the character) is something I wouldn't think of.
In an admin game I used to play, you could overload the players coregui using extremely long display names and the same for the chat command and then this error would occur. I'm still not sure how that happened.

The chat system error was common in RP games with 100 player server limits.
I saw it 4 times in Neon District RP and once or twice in a few other games.
This error also happens often on a Furry infection game named kaiju paradise, Had the same thing happen twice in between 4-5hrs
one time someone said /crash chat and it did that. not even a dangerous player it was a fe2 youtuber called itzmeow that showcases shortcuts in every map but like how tf
I remember the whole roblox getting this error in sept 28th, avatars wont load and it was annoying to play at that point.

It's funny how so much of this is literally just caused via bad internet and yet some automatically default to blaming Roblox's servers frying up. Which just shows how many times it has failed.

769 = Displayed when an error occurs when pressing the reconnect button in other client kicks. This can occur if a player tries to reconnect to a game when their internet is out.
It can also display when a user gets warned/banned/terminated, and attempts to reconnect. Sometimes it will show 773 instead.
770 = Displayed when attempting to join a place that is a part of a game universe where the start place is not active.
771 = Displayed when attempting to teleport to a game server that no longer exists or has been closed.
772 = Displayed when attempting to teleport to a full game server.
773 = Displayed when attempting to teleport to a game that the user is not permitted to join. Also displays when your alternative account teleports to a game and your main account cannot teleport to your alt on the same device, and vice versa.
Similar to the "Too Many Redirects" error, this code is raised when an experience tries to teleport a user above an acceptable limit.

Code 256 can also occur when the game developer choses to shut down the game temporarily. If you are a developer you can achieve this by going to your game page > three dots > Shutdown Active Servers

"Wine is not supported" - Occurs when attempting to run the Roblox EXE file through Wine, which basically allows Linux users to run Windows programs. This only existed for a brief period of time due fo Byfron having an option to block Wine, which is enabled by default.

Weird, I tried Roblox on exagear and it said "This version of Windows is outdated" or something along the lines of that. (Exagear is a wine package with touch screen and a on screen keyboard for Android devices)

4:39 this also happens when you configure a group to something that doesnt follow the TOS or roblox rules. it happens when you configure the group while roblox is currently signing a ban, again, due to the group name/matierials not being for appropriate for roblox. (includes rule 34), and also if you get banned for any other random reason.

in 3:40, The error indicates that there's an ISSUE WITH THE CODE ITSELF, not THE SERVERS.
This is because for example if you pass an i32 or an i128 into a func that accepts only String, It'll give you an invalid argument vartype.
i dont know why, but the background and the music give this video a creepy vibe. pretty fitting for errors.

There is one error (android only) that is http error, bad request and server terminated mixed up, apears when you enter an server that was empty but it shows up (because you dont updated avitable servers) and it shows up the web page and an android robot reversed, it only shows leave and try again but in both cases it shows error 400 after that, it has no code but it shows the server url that cannot be clicked and thats all lol

10:27 i'd like to add that this error isn't always caused by an admin kick. it's possible to get this error when attempting to jump from the base game to a server that's part of the game's universe when said server is extremely high-traffic and has lots of players entering and leaving frequently. i get this error on loomian legacy sometimes when hopping to event servers.

"This page isn't Working" is usually a website error for any website not just roblox. It usually happens when the web url has with been refreshed too many times or the web url has been changed.
This music actually kind of comforts me. it's like logging into an old website and playing a dressup/makeup game.

It's usually when you rejoin too fast and your old character in-game didn't leave yet before you rejoined with the same character. (Ofcourse this also applies when you launch the same account from, well a different device)

Some more in depth about these errors for nerds:
"Wall post error" is likely a rate-limiting functionality that prevents clients from spamming the group database servers, not because you scrolled too far.
"Player has been removed from the DataModel." The DataModel is the game, and the Player is your actual Player object. When your Player object (not your character) is destroyed, removed, or lost by the server, the server will disconnect the client who has the missing Player object.
also "roblox deactivated your game before reaching the point of no return" it occurs on reaching the point of NO RETURN, on roblox, it also occurs if you have inf jump power or absolute inf jump power (if you play ride a rocket to the floating point)

The chat filter error was happening a lot at the true start of the halloween outage. It started happening the night before and got more and more frequent as time went on, in the morning the chat was completely unusable and i had to communicate via the message admin command lol
(i was in one of those obby games with the free admin at the end. After i left i couldn't join anything else, i was probably among the last people to be in a game before the whole site was shut down)
This was hard to watch, unsettling music with the black bg, just.. waiting for "Same account launched from a different device" its unsettling, but when the calm music pops up. Its calmer and you feel relieved.

Seeing that one almost always gave me a heart attack, but sometimes if I get really laggy, I'll disconnect and the game will be so lagged it thinks im still playing and I get disconnected by that error code if I try to join the game again. There is a rare error code that isn't obtainable anymore : back in 2017 there was a mechanic on roblox called party with this mechanic you can invite multiple friends at once if you have way to many friends for the party or bad internet the error code will pop up.
It’s still is through some means. alot of the older ones are still obtainable yet very rare under very specific circumstances.

*Error Code 291 can also happen when you are in Roblox studio testing a game and while you are testing the game you go to tjr startcharacter’s model and delete it. The simple way to fix it is by ending client said so and pressing CTRL + Z

"you've been kicked from th game" is actually sometimes a ban/warning because i got banned alot and it showed that code.
There is also an error: Same account launched from different device. It means if someone is on your account and joined a game while on a different device but it can also happen randomly as a kick or smth i think. If the error shows up and you click reconnect but it just instantly disappears it means you have been banned on roblox. If you aren't banned then i recommend going to settings,security and sign out of all sessions (This will make every other device on your account get logged out)
You can also get the error from a regular warning
It also happens if you immediately close a page while playing a game and trying to rejoin it after, i get it pretty often and im fine, but yeah still pretty scary though.
There is also another method for those whose minds can store tons of information and not forget it. This is by changing the password. Doing this, it will kick the person out of the account.

the "same account launched at the same time" its not something u should worry about, it might happen once u leave a game and instantly try to join another or when u click the "X" to close the roblox tab and opening a roblox game in a 30 seconds range, thats because u haven't got out from the exporience correctly before and for the game ur still in it.

oh you mean the "Same account launched experience from different device" but it doesn't let you reconnect and occurs on game join? yeah that one's harmless, but happens frequently on mobile/UWP clients when you join 2 different games within a very small timeframe

Error 267 : Not nessecarly with commands, it can be anying if the script executes (player):kick("reason"), it can occure if you got banned from the game
Error 274 : Occures also when the game owner privates the game while you are playing
Error 277 : Happens randomly if you are unlucky (I got that even I have a good wifi)
Error 291 : It occured when the player:destroy() is executed, usually the game have a virus that deletes everything from the game

"Disconnected due to Security Key Mismatch" also happens when you use the old guest api to join a roblox game or if you are joining a game with an invalid id/user
