Can you explain what you mean by no one deny the power of Bajaj. Bajaj is a joke their most powerful bike is a 400 cc tourer which is neither fast nor a good tourer. Bajaj is a budget brand it was made for commuters and budget sports guys . NS 200 was their flagship its engine was also copied from KTMs duke 200. Bajaj is a budget brand . Whereas KTM is known all over the world it has won world rallies and countless races . Its name goes till Moto GP and ktms are trusted for world rides. The beast duke 1290 beats Ninja H2 in a 1/4 mile and not to mention the Austrain R&D department. Most people in the world won't even know what Bajaj is . Bajaj is a decent brand but ceratinly not compatible to KTM

Yes DUKE is raw powered bike with it's AGGRESSIVE ride nature. And only for those who really loved adrenaline rush rides. I ❤ Duke too BUT at last i decided to go for YAMAHA FZ25. And there's many factors and reasons behind it. Duke is a Revving machine, only after Revving a rider could have fun with it's potential. And no matter how much you maintained, extra cares and services... Sadly it begins to get wear and tear in Engine. (Whether it's a very minor problem which one cannot notice easily). And FZ25 is also my life's 1st bike which i rode. I want to keep my relationship with my first ❤ love as long as i can. So, YAMAHA are well known around the world for it's Engine REABILITY+ refinement too. I'm also a type of Rider who loves SPEED. And FZ25 is DRAG QUEEN 👑 with it's Great initial and Good mid range power, But Topend is lil bit lack. I'm a commuter rider within cities. So Topend DON'T MATTER for me. (Topend is needed to hit Highways who tours alot). My FZ25 is very flickable and nimble during filtering and overtaking in traffics.

Bought my duke in the year 2012 when it was launched and km done is 27000+. Bought the white colour and everything you said is true. It makes me smile when i ride it because of the performance that it gives and one thing i love about it is it's engine is useful in winter as a heater 😆♥️.

I did the same thing you did on the tyres. Using White marker, trace the MRF revz fc1 😄 I thought I was the only one
I bought a 2nd hand Duke 390 2017 model last year in February. I got it for 2.2 lakhs with 1400km done.
I upgraded from 150 cc and I was upset about the cost of ownership. Every service was about 2500/-. It drank fuel like crazy. I got around 21 kmpl.
It also wasn't practical at all. I hated riding it in the city because I could only go up to 3rd gear at maximum. The heating was unbearable.
1.5 year later.. I love my bike. I get around 27kmpl in city and 31 kmpl in highway.
For this I had to change my riding style. You cannot ride it like you ride a 150 cc. I use constant throttle, I do not rev it much. I don't overuse the clutch and use it minimally. I only put high octane fuel like Xtra premium and then add octane booster. I learnt how to not pull a wheelie everytime I launch the bike. I maintain minimum 80 kmph at 6th gear on highway or max 120kmph and keep it at that speed as long as I can.
I clean the radiator every month myself and lube the chain and clean the chain every 500 km.
The bike is very demanding and high maintenance in terms of your time but it puts a smile on my face everytime I ride it..
Hii bro, your one of a subscriber yeh i am a bike lover and yes i love to being involve in the bike and i deadly want a KTM but but... I am suffering through a very serious medical problem called LS spine problem it's a back problem so I can't ride bike or car untill i will not totally recover. I can't seat for longer hours at one place.... This video helped me a lot more. And yes i will buy KTM in future when I'll recover. God bless you 😇❤️✌️
Bro don't go for duke200.i had duke since this last apri 2019.its an heating more over after 20 kilometers engine get start saturated... finally i sold it, last weak i tested rtr200.. i really wonder what a refined machine.. great seating position.. great comfort.. just test ride both

3 years and you never changed the chain sprocket ? How many kms you completed on your bike I changed mine at 9000 km and what about the tyres did you change them
mine last upto 20k km ... Just followed regular lubbing at400-500 km . Motul Chain lube and cleaner

I own duke 200 and I love my bike. I am driving it for 6 months. It is an amazing bike with 0 issues. One thing i hate is 0 comfort on seat and so much heat coming from engine everytime.

It's been a month now I have installed powertronic with bmc filter on my duke200 it's just become lot smoother at map 1 and map 2 just osm for racing and highways im so happy with my bike
