I have purchased 2 ton lg split AC dual inverter,from croma lko in April 2022 the installation boy did not vaccum the machine he was in hurry,later I came to know that vaccum is must for the ac to work long term,later I lodge in complaint with lg customer care about the technician ignorance,company immediately refilled with fresh gas before vaccumed the compressor thoroughly after use of three month.now my ac delivering best cooling along with less electricity bill ,my inverter AC works 22 hours daily April to October with Max bill of 3700/- at temperature mode of 27 degree room size 14*14
Correct , good video ,have read so many complaints from the people who had bought split ac, and must of them.had a bad experience while installing. all the company's installation process iis not very good at all. And that goes for all the companies.

Also, my room is on the first floor. Is it advisable to install the outdoor unit on the ground floor (wall mounted with the stand)? Because direct sunlight hits my room on the east and above me the 2nd floor is also open and no shade and taking the outdoor unit to the roof is also the same as it is open to direct sunlight.
1. Its better to get Plug socket & Stabilizer installed by local electrician. Just have the stabilizer output read for AC install. 2. Outdoor on ground floor. This can be done if the distance is not too much.

one question, i see two different plug points beside the indoor unit, one for the stabilizer which is connected directly to the mains and the other from the indoor unit if im not wrong. but generally i have seen that the wire coming out from the indoor unit is connected to the stabilizer directly without using any plug. if im saying correctly, how did u connect the wire coming out of the indoor unit to the stabilizer if youre using two different plug and plug points?

I purchased lg AC 2023 Model, RS-Q19YNZE and its been 12 days i am using it now notice that when i set the AC temp to 29°c and after 20 minutes when i chek the room temperature through remote it shows 27°c while temperature out side room is more than 40°c, is there any issue with my AC?

Annual figure is only a theoretical figure on standard goverment test.
The annual consumption is measured in lab conditions for 1600hrs of usage. Actual consumption varies according to condition and usage
Pls advise, when brought a new AC unit, gas is already filled/ it's filled between installation.
