Per ilevel it seams like two normal taps wep is 19 plus 10 advanced is 1630 ilevel
it's never worth to push for +25 unless you have money and like the glow
22 wep is stronger than 19 plus 10 advance

Think of weapon +1 as level 1. If it becomes +10, weapon enhancement +22→+24 like this. I recommend enhancing Echidna to +20. Once it's +20, try raising +22 to +25 with normal enhancement.
