You can use xline() and yline() commands to draw vertical line and horizontal line on your chart by specifying the location at which you want to draw them by providing in the brackets. Also you can add features to that line by just following the feature command for plots. Hope you will get it.

Even a small space between the function and semi colon fluctuates the output.
