ok....reallyyyyyy quick i just want you to think about all the criminals you've heard about in the past several years...how many plead guilty?
      answer,not many, know why?
pleading guilty makes everyone but your own life easier.
it gets rid of 80% of otherwise necessary court dealings.
pleading guilty means you won't fight back or try to appeal or get a lighter sentence or anything most criminals would want.
no matter how obvious something is, you plead not guilty unless you just don't care about yourself.
understand now? there's more to it but im no lawyer, i just understand why almost nobody pleads guilty.
plus a guilty plea in a case like a school shooting ergo ethan crumbly , now the affected families who lost children don't need to spend months or years in and out of court before ethans sentenced.
vs Nicholas cruz school shooting who's trial ended like a month ago after like5 years because he plead innocent, ethan plead guilty.
      hope that clears things up.

Depending on the state law that would be illegal for an agent to do without owner permission. It’s under the same anti discrimination law as with homes formerly occupied by aids afflicted residents in NYS. Someone dying in a home means nothing, old people die in their homes, and sometimes leave a worse mess than a serial killer. If the property isn’t damaged then disclosing that information could bias someone against renting or owning the property even though it doesn’t affect their ownership of the home.
