This is Wiz Bit from the CBBC. I never watched this so can't say much about it. It has Paul Daniels in this and about three seconds of Philip Schofield at the end, before the tape cut off. I like the music at the end though. That cat Lol. Also there are some blips and where parts of the picture go's funny but nothing to worry about.

You know there's something wrong with your show when the villain is less creepy than the main protagonist.
That’s because underneath that Wizbit mascot suit is a villain who’s even worse, it’s none other than Bill Cipher. What we don’t know is that the supposed villain of this show is actually being wrongly framed as the villain and he’s actually the hero behind the scenes, while the real villain is hiding inside that Wizbit mascot.

How is this a kids show it's disturbing.
If you watch it with the sound so low you can't understand what it says and it just sounds like mad ramblings the horror only intensifies.

Wooly comes of as if he suspects that Wizbit had something to do with everything being black,white and gray and is being brutally sarcastic about it o_O. What makes it unnerving is that normally some one would brake the sarcasms to reveal that they suspect it was that person. To do this beyond that point comes off as the calm rage of a lunatic.

I know this'll be a weird / unpopular opinion, but I think Wizbit's voice is weirdly soothing. As for the rabbit thing, he sounds like he's drunk or high.
