This is factually incorrect. The Cluster Munitions Convention was signed by 123 nations and outlawed the production and distribution of cluster munitions by signing nations.
The U.S. didn't sign that, which is why they continue to do so, but it's a separate issue from the Geneva Conventions purview.

Israel isn’t stealing anything they completely left Gaza in 2005, they don’t want to be there. There is no genocide, typically when their is a genocide your population doesn’t go from 1 million to 5 million. Israel tries to midigate civilian casualties. They drop “knock bombs” that shake the building and warn people to leave. And that’s after they drop leaflets on the area and broadcast on the radio to leave. Hamas launches attacks with the sole purpose of killing as many innocent Jews as possible.
