మీరు అదే IAS కోచింగ్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ నడుపుతున్నారుగా. మీ స్టూడెంట్స్ నుంచి అడగండి IAS అంటే ఏమిటో.
Glorifying IAS is colonial mindset. Every profession is equally important. Mahatma Gandhi calls " Dignity of labour". It is unfortunate that our parents and grandparents generation saw IAS next to God.
As per your words, everyone is respectable. So why not IAS ?

@@commanman_81 I strongly support respect for IAS. Give respect what is needed and don't treat them as demigods. Considering hierarchy there are many above IAS such as MP, Ministers etc.

✍️అమ్మా! మీరు సోషల్ మీడియాలో ఒక ట్వీట్ చేసారు. అది ఏమిటి అంటే దివ్యాంగులకు భారతదేశ పరిపాలన వ్యవస్థలో అతి ముఖ్యమైన IAS, IPS, IFS, వ్యవస్థలు చాలా కీలకం అయినవి, ఇటువంటి వ్యవస్థలలో దివ్యాంగులకు కోట ఎందుకు అని మీరు ప్రశ్నించారు. మీ అభిప్రాయం 100% నేను ఏకి భవించను.

మేడం ఈరోజు ఈ విధంగా మాట్లాడారు మీరు చదువుకున్న వాళ్ళు మీకు పౌరుషం వచ్చింది కానీ భారతదేశంలో అనేక మంది వికలాంగులు ఉన్నారు కుటుంబం తరఫునుంచి సొసైటీ నుంచి అన్ని విధాలుగా అనేక అవమానాలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు కానీ వాళ్ళకి వెనకాల ఎటువంటి అండదండలు లేవు కొన్ని సమస్యలు వికలాంగులను చూపెట్టుకొని కోట్లు సంపాదించుకుంటున్నారు పద్మశ్రీ అవార్డులు కూడా పొందుతున్నారు చివరికి అటువంటి వికలాంగులకు ఎటువంటి సహాయం కూడా చేయడం లేదు వాళ్ళని చూపెట్టుకొని రాజకీయ నాయకులు పదవులు పొందుతున్నారు అనేకమంది అనేక రకాలుగా వికలాంగులని అడ్డుపెట్టుకొని కోట్లు గడిస్తున్నారు కానీ ఎవరూ వికలాంగులకి ఎటువంటి సహాయ సహకారాలు అందించడం లేదు ఇటీవల కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2016లో ప్రత్యేక చట్టాన్ని తీసుకొని వచ్చింది కానీ దేశంలో ఎక్కడా అమలు కావడం లేదు ఐఏఎస్ ఐపీఎస్ పెద్దపెద్ద చదువులు చదువుతున్నారు కానీ చట్టాల మీద ఎటువంటి అవగాహన లేదు చట్ట ప్రకారం నడుచుకోవడం లేదు రాజకీయ నాయకులకి తొత్తులుగా పనిచేస్తూ వీళ్ళు కూడా ఆర్థిక నేరగాలిగా మారుతున్నారు అందుకే మానవత్వం కోల్పోయి ఈ విధంగా పక్కవారిని అవమానిస్తున్నారు వీళ్ళు దేశంలో ఎంతో అత్యున్నతమైన పదవులలో ఉండి హీనాతి హీనంగా పక్కవారిని కించపరచడంలో ఈరోజు మొట్టమొదట స్థానంలో ఉన్నారు ఐపీఎస్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారులు

I do 💯 percent agree with respected IAS Smita Sabarwal madam. I have full respect on disabled persons ♿️. But, the thing is that she had said the bitter truth and that's why she is getting so much criticism in social media. I am surprised that many people are even questioning on her qualifications and service as an IAS officer. After serving so many years as an IAS officer if some one gets such comments then it is unfortunate. She said it from her long experience and who are criticizing her has how many years of experience ?? Most of the people are protesting against her blindly without thinking about the matter deeply. She said that she is completely on the favour of inclusion but there are certain requirements for a job also. My respect increased on her manifolds because she spoke about a real problem inspite of knowing that she may be criticized for this.

Smitha sabharwal IAS thinks that only physically fit and good looking people only should survive remaining physically handicapped people are not eligible for anything.
