My best friend speaks Malayalam and has taught me some (just to have one staged conversation in a video) and I want to surprise her by learning some. Hey there. Turkish and Malayalam are not really that different. They are both agglutinative and use suffixes to modify meanings of words. Some examples : Tr: Müze-de gülen kadını gördün mü? Tr: Ben Türkiye-ye gidi-yorum Ml : Njan Turkey-ilekku pokuka-yanu Tr: Ben Türkiye-ye git-mi-yorum Ml : Njan Turkey-ilekku pokuka-yalla Tr: Araba gelecek mi? Ml: Vandi varu-mo? Tr : Bugün yağmur yağa-cak mı? Ml: Innu mazha pey-yu-mo? Tr: İyi mi? Ml : Nallathaa-no? Hey there. Turkish and Malayalam are not really that different. They are both agglutinative and use suffixes to modify meanings of words.
Some examples :
Tr: Müze-de gülen kadını gördün mü?
Ml: Musea-ttil chiri-kkunna sthree-ye kandu-vo?
Tr: Ben Türkiye-ye gidi-yorum
Ml : Njan Turkey-ilekku pokuka-yanu
Tr: Ben Türkiye-ye git-mi-yorum

Tr: Araba gelecek mi?
Ml: Vandi varu-mo?
Tr : Bugün yağmur yağa-cak mı?

Ml : Nallathaa-nu (The 'u' at the end of the word is pronounced like the 'ı' in Turkish)

I am here because i am left alone with many malayali guys,,everyone speaking malayali around me,, Office as well as in accomodation,, i cannot get into conversation i listen them like a dump guy even though i like to communicate & make friends. Mostly i noticed if two malayali guys know hindi but they still prefer to speak in malayali only ,,, I am feeling very sad & lonely ,, stress,, Now i came to know why in jail ppl left alone.
