As a sedentary aviation fan, I get a great amount of pleasure from UA-cam's massive choice. My favourite genre has always been window views either departing or landing. I imagine being in that seat. Fantastic!! This one is superb, and you are subscribed matey. Go well all!!
at around 5.30 directly above my house. just before the olympic stadium comes into view at5.47. love watching the planes from my garden. got some nice video from queens birthday flight
I remember being in a holding pattern over London 35 years ago. Remember being so excited to see and recognise Windsor Castle! We flew in from LA. Thanks for the memories. 🇦🇺
That took me back more than a few years, used to live 5 miles from the end of the runway and also spent a lot of the mid 90's working in Europe so that was a familiar route into LHR for me too, thanks for the cool video
Her Maj. probably calls it her little house in town. It's sooo poky compared to Windsor, and hardly any room for the horses, one barely has room to swing a corgi.
@@taxus750 Yes they do but my comment was directed more towards all the people who aren't as familiar with London. Anyone who, like myself, have any familial connection with the city know about "Buck Awsse"
That was one of the smoothest on-board landings I’ve ever watched… what an epic video
Great shot of my old house a few seconds before landing, Could "plane spot" the numbers from the back garden. Thanks for the memories

Merci pour votre vidéo, l'approche sur Londres est magnifique.
Fantastic landing my friend!✈️
FANTASTIC VIEWS - AND WHAT A NEAT LANDING!
I see this holding pattern every morning on my walk to the station in east London. There's usually at least 3 clearly visible in it.
It's actually not a holding pattern you see here, but a standard arrival routing (STAR). Likely one of the Lambourne routings.
I did this exact same route by night so I thought I'd upload it to my channel
I've been racked stacked and packed over east London on many an occasion. I know this route into lhr very well.
Super smooth approach…supreme airmanship
Beautiful.
Btw, this is called a holding pattern, not a landing loop
Nice landing and great view...
Awesome Video
4:30 Regent’s Park (bottom right), Hyde Park & St James Park come into view
Il y a quelques années, j'ai pû voir l'ancien Stade de Wenbley..... Un souvenir de toute beauté
I recognized the O2.
awesome view of London
We were lucky there :-)
Nice landing 10/10

The physics hold the ac in the skies
Finalement c'est tout petit Londres !
B747?
Yes, it was a 747, I really liked those planes.
Nice effort of recording
Interesting. You've obviously flown into London from the North West as Wembley Stadium is visible about 3 mins 10 secs into the video.
and West Ham ground at 5:56
@@peterwhitaker4038 And don't forget the old Brentford Stadium towards the end. They are in the Premiership now you know!
@@peterc.1618 yes I did notice that too. Griffin Park i think it was called
You can see my old house at 13:20
What Stadium is that at 6mins plus. Arsenal ??? I'm South African.

The biggest city in the world
En historia si

Malibu ?
sounds like your sitting on the wing
Las clasicas "tosesitas"!!!
That wing is really annoying! It's right in the way of the view. It wants chopping off.
