Surprise! :) It's 31 October- the anniversary of James & Lily Potter’s deaths. The original plan was to do only one collab for Halloween. We started our Black family collab (please see the link below) and Lauren had this idea to make another collab. Blame her. This was her idea and I love her for it. I can't believe that we managed to finish two 4 minutes videos in just a month. Devil works fast but we work faster.

This was just beautiful! The pain, longing and sadness combined in a one beautifully crafted video. The story you tried to tell us is heart-breaking. You feel they died too early, although they should have lived they lives happy together. The fact that you have incorporated backstories of other Marauders makes it even more touching. And the part when Remus recalls his friends is amazing! I am so happy you keep this stories alive. In my opinion Marauders’ history deserves to be filmed, because it is not only sad, but is also about the beautiful friendships, heartaches, betrayal and choosing between what is right and wrong. It tells us about compassion and love and is just amazing. I am so grateful for this video and can’t wait for more.

Oh god, Remus grieving utterly alone isn't often vidded but it completely tore my heart out. Twelve years of grieving his friends, only for all those wounds to be reopened, reunited only to watch Sirius die, and was still the last of them to pass away two years later. I love that you highlighted how alone he was

Well, I'm an emotional mess. I thought I wouldn't be able to see much more of the edits I'm used to which (don't get me wrong) literally destroy my heart each time and all the HP creators have a way of making them so very special and incorporating them in videos that LITERALLY make me cry. You added manips that I did not expect and that ripped my heart out completely again, including the ones comparing Harry to his father and then the small dialogues that Lily has and just... wow. I have no words. This video was breathtaking and the perfect way for me to dissolve in Jily sadness on this day of Halloween 2020. Cheers you talented queen.

This is the same reason why i ship Harry/Hermione. I know it's off topic, and i know that i based this opinion to the movies. But I'm sorry but i saw Lily/James through Harry/Hermione that Ginny cannot show at the movies and even the books. Call me shallow, but that dance will never be brother to sister connection, its romance.
Oh my god, this is THE BEST fancast video I've ever scene! The paralels between Harry and James, all the scenes you put together of Jily, them painfully waiting for Voldemort to come for them after learning that they are the target, Peter watching the others as a spy, Remus looking at the places where they used to hang out and seeing theirs ghosts, ghosts dissappering at the end... This is a masterpiece, you two are beyond talented, everything about this video is just perfect! And very heartbreaking obviously...💔 (just to add, 1:52, the footage of James caressing Lily's hair while she's crying and hugging Harry... that is the absolute perfection.. if that is not talent I dont know what is..)

The manips here are incredible as always but i LOVE how you focused on their relationship with the people around them- the part at the end where they were fading away gave me chills, as well as all of the parallels to harry!! Thank you for still making all of these amazing marauders videos, we may not have an adaptation of their story but your videos are just as amazing, if not better💕

I opened youtube this morning knowing (and hoping) that I would have found an edit of yours and I was not disappointed, because I am IN TEARS like always. This was just beautiful, I cried when Remus and Sirius saw the ghost of James in Harry, it's something I've always thought about, but seeing it on a video killed me.
