I am 66 years old, I can’t believe it… Even saying that number seems so strange. But I do know that as of three months ago I started to work out just at home with some free weights. The difference is absolutely astounding. I feel so much better and so much more energy. I started off with wall push-ups and then added squats with my wall push-ups. I now do 80 in the morning and 80 at night. Also I’m using some free weights, 20 pounds for arm and I am actually astounded by how much battery look and feel. Thank you for this channel
This is so encouraging. I don't know where to start. They talk about stretching exercises. I need to know what to do. I've lost 145 pounds. I was in an electric wheelchair. Now I'm walking. My blood sugars now stay low and drop at times. God is so wonderful. Now to find an inexpensive way to build muscle 💪 ❤
@@melodybaker2337 Look through this channel, maybe you find something. Go slow at the start, do only the exercises you like and are able to do, you will slowly week by week become better. I mixed myself a routine with exercises from different videos of her. All the best!

Strength training doesn’t have to be complicated, time consuming or expensive. Just get a routine that you can do in front of the TV. A big mirror also helps.

I was on benzodiazepine medication for 23 years... Come off after I was constantly ill.... Now I'm having so much problems with mussels.. As it was a excellent mussels relaxer... It's been 3 years already. Please don't use that poisen.. 😢
What would you suggest for me my muscles are now so flabby and my skin is very loose around them
I have very severe emphysema and do struggle with severe breathlessness
I also have severe osteoporosis and last yr had to severely wedge fractures at t 6/7 which contributed to getting kyphosis
I took the meds that were given me for 7 /8 months and the pain in my back hips and abdomen felt much worse so I ditched them
I’m still suffering with the pain but a little less as I believe they can stay in your system for quite awhile after stopping them
I was advised to have zoldronate acid infusion but no thank you
I’m not having 12 months worth it may do just the same as the alendronic acid and I can stop it plus the risk to jaw scares me to death
I do heal drops
Tiny squats and just move atound my house but my mascara mass is still getting weaker
I don't have the money for a personal trainer. I still want to know how to build muscle.

Or just go down to Your local gym and watch what people do and how they use the machines and ask questions
Make sure u getting a good diet in first (again google and UA-cam)
It wouldn’t hurt to hire a professional coach or personal trainer for a few weeks just so u can learn .. then after 3 weeks you can do it by yourself

Through any exercise but most of all through high intensity interval training and weight lifting.
Start slowly by using your own weigh for resistance training. You can find plenty of exercise types and excamples and free coaching programms on youtube.
When you gain some strenght, then add some weights to your routine.
You can do this.
Just start slowly, but persistantly and I'm guarantee - you will succeed.
I am 68 , since February I started slowly running and strength training. I searched "From couch to 5K." Now I ran a 5K in 35 minutes.
