I’m going on the Utopia in a week so this caught my eye. Thanks for the preview! I put up a sticky note on my door with a list of my needs for the stateroom attendant in case I miss him/her. (As for Caribbean night, it depends on who the resident head chef is. I’ve had oxtail and curried goat several times in the past few years…all good. The chef was from Jamaica, I called him “Grandma” Kevin because he made Jamaican food that tasted like my grandmother’s…very authentic and delicious!)

If I knew there were oxtails on your ship I probably would have begged for a plate. We had oxtails on Liberty of the Seas in 2021 but none since then. Can’t wait to meet up with you soon.
That looked like a hell of a lot of fun. I'll be doing a 14 day B2B cruise on Wonder Of The Seas later this year. Really hoping some of that party energy will be on that cruise as well.
