Wrong you can get 120 or 165 fps on any tablet just you display need to be 120 or 165 HZ but the max hz I have seen on tablet is 144hz and it's xiaomi pad 6
You can also unlock fps on fortnite mobile, but I don't know how. Ana1god6ex had a video and some screenshots of unlocked FPS back in C3, so it's definetly possible
