Drumstick, commonly known as Moringa and sojana in Odia, is a tall and slender fast-growing tree usually grown for its leaves, seedpods, or pericarp. Leaves are used as vegetables and pods are also added in many luscious dishes. Apart from the taste, Moringa also possesses many nutritional values, it is rich in iron, calcium, and vitamin A and C.
