Furla is actually amazing! I got a black shoulder bag that fits everything but is light weight and non bulky. and because it was cheap, like £300? i never bother to baby it. it's been through so much and 7 years lateer it STILL LOOKS NEW.
I am so happy with my medium shoulder le pliage tote. It is my best travel purse!! What people don’t realize is MK used to be made in USA, nearly 15 years ago. My hemp MK tote with gold accents and burgundy leather costed $429 in 2012. It’s STUNNING, with no tacky logos anywhere, complete with a long shoulder strap & top handles. I get compliments if I ever take it anywhere. I regret donating my made in USA MK bags!
Hi Anesu, can you on the description box put the jewerly and outfit that you use on the videos (brand and value). I love your ring! Thks for all of your sharing! 🌻
Marc Jacobs leather is full grain and so beautifully soft! I recently bought the medium The Tote Bag in black leather and I’m obsessed with this bag! 😍 It’s my first ever Marc Jacobs bag and I couldn’t be happier with it! I already ordered two more 😃
I’d love to know your thoughts on Aussie brand Oroton. It’s a heritage label here which has had a reimagining. Some of the bags are stunning, and beautifully made. Yesterday I visited Kate Spade for the first time and was amazed at the quality to price. I also found the sales assistant to be so helpful and non pressuring, she absolutely converted me to wanting to go back and explore this brand more. I’m also really becoming interested in Polene & Faure Le Page as well. Loving your channel, I just discovered it today and subscribed!
It’s good to think in terms of quality to price. My next handbag video that’s one of the main points I’ll be making. Agreed about Kate Spade assistants that’s their standard modus operandi. We like it! I’ve been asked about Oroton but there are no physical stockists in the United Kingdom but I’ll see what I can do. Polene and Faure Le Page are on my list please bare with me. Thank you and welcome onboard.
@@SoAnesu thank you 🙏 I’m looking forward to your videos on these topics! I’ve heard it said Oroton is a similar level to Coach. In Australia we grew up with Oroton everywhere it seemed and all our Mums had a glo-mesh purse - I still have a treasured original from back then, it was like a rite of passage 😆 I’m so glad to see they have made such a comeback and I nearly lost my mind window shopping at their outlet store last week 😆. Quite a variety and range to choose from.
@starlightshimmery Oroton used to be so good but the quality has since gone downhill. I just bought 2 elm medium satchel bags. One of them didn't have a very good stitching. It's not very "clean-looking" in terms of craftsmanship. Coach is way better. But I'm an Aussie so yeah, I support Oroton.
I'm wondering if you've come across Decadent Copenhagen - a Danish brand, very understated. I have two bags from them and two slg's. Both bags seem to be great quality and have worn well. When I look at the slg's, I have one purse bought about 7 years ago which I have used almost everyday until about 18months ago, when I bought a Bally one as I wanted something smaller. While I haven't used the Bally one as much yet, I do think they seem comparable. My Decadent purse does have a slight scuff on it, but I haven't babied it at all, it just got thrown in whichever bag I was using, the edge coating on the wrist strap hasn't cracked or peeled at all. They get their bags manufactured in Turkey, and have even sent me extra and custom bag straps when I enquired about them - their service to date has been amazing. I have a red one on my radar atm.
I haven’t come across the brand but it definitely looks interesting and worth exploring. I had a look at their website, classic designs and fairly priced for what you are getting and the testament is the experience you have had. I’ll keep an eye out and during my next Scandi trip and I’ll mention my thoughts in a subsequent video.
I have a few luxury bags but none of these, however I can say I do have a couple vintage Coach and can honestly say the Vintage Coach are very very much like Hermes. Top quality. Full grain cowhide all leather solid brass. bags made in the USA back when America took pride in products produced here.
@@SoAnesu Coach today isnt as good as vintage Coach IMO , luxury bags I have The Lady Dior, vintage Gucci Ophidia, Hermes draw string Market Bucket, LV Houseton in vernis (discontinued) , vintage Hermes Constance, I have a few Bally bags two with top handle and lock closure, a couple vintage Coach bags which imo are in the same category as Hermes. I have purchased Chanel flap bags in the last couple years and they just dont hold up in quality and got returned popped stiches or crooked stiches just overall bad quality. Sorry this comment is a book LOL I do have a couple more lux brands but these are just off the top of my head, I dont grab any of them Im into the vintage Coach bags these days :)
Thank you for sharing. Coach is a tricky one. A lot of my viewers can’t get enough of it. I thought current Coach quality is decent but you are saying the opposite. Vintage is exceptional mmmmmh. I can’t praise Bally enough how has your experience been? Fab collection. May you enjoy it all in good health.
Love the style of the Strathberry bags. I wish they were in a higher category. Where would it fall on the hierarchy based on quality and craftsmanship? Would love to a video where you talk more about the leather, quality, and how they are made.
They are affordable level of luxury. I like their style too. There is a video I’m working on where I talk about brands / bags at various levels of luxury and how they are made - the craft, leathers and hardware used etc
You are welcome. I’m currently working on another handbag video with a mix of brands for you to consider in 2021. I’ll rank Tory Burch and Rebecca Minkoff in that video as well please do subscribe so you don’t miss out.
@@SoAnesu Thank you, that would be great. I bought one YSL and one Furla bag after watching your videos last time and I am very happy with them. Great content. Kind regards from Switzerland 😊
Sure. It looks good and it’s made from a robust coated canvas along the lines of MCM. I would say better quality! It’s a few months old and hasn’t stood the test of time but considering it’s Montblanc (assured quality) and the range is geared towards a new and younger audience you know they want to impress and therefore won’t scrimp on quality. If you like the design go for it. I wouldn’t hesitate.
I feel like I’m going to break your heart which is not my intention! The hierarchy is from 4 years ago right in the middle of the first lockdown in the UK. Strathberry was one of the few brands I could access. I’ve since become a little more discerning / fussy I’m now a lot more focused on smaller brands that pay considerably more attention to the details.
Geez I’m of the generation that writes everything out in full🤦🏾♀️ I don’t know Polene Paris well enough to have a firm opinion. I’ll check it out when next I’m in Paris.

@@SoAnesu Thank you, that would be great. I bought one YSL and one Furla bag after watching your videos last time and I am very happy with them. Great content. Kind regards from Switzerland 😊
I would choose Coach any given day over mulberry. There had been quality issues with Mulberry. I'm getting more from Coach than what i have paid for.
Coach is a super brand just like Bally you get way more for your money!
Great video, thank you for taking the time to make this content. I find MK bags to be copies of other designs, this turns me off.
You are welcome thank you for watching.
I think Oroton may be in this space too - I prefer Oroton over Coach for style
Yes it is, it’s the Australian equivalent…I like the Margot Hobo. I need to include more Australian and Canadian brands in my recommendations.

Furla is also made in China. So it is losing its identity as Italian made.
Depending on the style their bags are made in China, Romania and Italy? But their internal controls ensure consistent quality regardless.
