Try to use your backstay a bit more. Establish your traveler position and your main sheet tension and use your backstay in the puffs. Every time you let the boom down, the bow goes down 5°. Your Lopez block is not adjusted properly. Probably needs to put the cam down one notch, don’t use the cabin top winches for jib sheet winches.

What is a Lopez block? never heard of it.
