Hi Gawa Just to let you know I made the cho eclairs it came out perfect the only thing is I use a table spoon and it came out big but perfect so I'm off tomorrow to buy me the pipping bag and the noosels

I use salted butter,usually which ever one is on sale,but u can use unsalted butter as well,or u can use baking margarine
