A New Relationship: Romans 7:1-6

Anyone of us who have tried to keep any rule or law know how impossible it is to attain perfect obedience. In Romans 7 yesterday, we saw that as Christians, we have been freed from the law's ruling power through our union in Christ. What a comfort that is for us! Law keeping is no longer the grounds for us being accepted by God. Instead, we are freed to be able to serve in a new way - by the Spirit. We are not motivated by fear but by a desire to bear fruit for God who has saved us.
