That came round quick. Only seems like last week you said you were going to Prague. I’d recommend anti inflammatories for your back. I injured my sacrum/SI joint when I fell over ice skating a few years ago. I can totally relate to how painful it is. I hope it heals for you to do the 3 peaks…sounds amazing!
