Panjshir Afghanistan, this is part one of 2, this was just the road trip there, it got a little more interesting the second day! Thanks to The Sultan for taking me here, it was off limits last year when i visited, but this year they gave permits. just a few hours drive from kabul, although the journey was interesting with all the stops we made. I didnt know anyone that had been here to ask anything about it, the mausoleum wasnt open this day or they wouldnt allow me to visit, not quite sure which one it was . As always its the people that make a place, we spent 2 days here and it was one of my more adventurous trips! Every second vehicle was a Taliban vehicle, never seen this in any other province. The mere presence of 1200 checkpoints--indicated by Emma herself in 14:45--across panjshir valley, and the presence of guards in the villages and roads, have made it very difficult for the people of Panjshir to live freely. We will have our days back, and Panjshir will rise once again as it is the beacon of hope, bravery and resistance. Taliban, be censoring media, conducting surveillance, and restricting the freedom of press will not be able to portray a false picture of what the panjshiris have been going through. In fact, the torture and mass-killing in Panjshir have been confirmed and affirmed by Amnesty International and the UN's Human Right's Council--impartial and prestigious human rights bodies.

I travelled & lived around a few countries in my youth in the 90's and the one thing I always found was that normal everyday people are nice if your respectful, I intend to ride my motorbike to Afghanistan to see that beautiful country some day and go through the khyber pass, I want to see the mountains and meet those mighty people,this was a nice wee video, cheers from Fife 🏴

The reality is totally different from what you hear from western media.
For anyone that does not know the reason there is a lot of security in the Panshir is because a hostile group called the Northen Alliance was causing trouble now the Taliban have Panshir under control so it is safer now.
Yeah but why do we still need permit to go there? Is it only for tourists
Hostile group? Are you out of your mind? The Northern alliance was the descendants of the legendary Lion of Panshjir, and they held back the Russians and then 2 years ago they held back the Taliban for as long as they could. They allowed their girls to get educated, dress up freely instead of as bin bags, and tried to protect their people and villagers from the iron fist rule of the Taliban terrorists.
Please also come to Indonesia. You will see the uniqueness of an archipelagic country,

Amazing Emma in Amazing Afghanistan
Been in southern China for business years ago. It’s very similar and the car is usually had Bald tires. These were people we knew they were taking us around and the funniest story was in Taiwan and I went to get in a gal we’ve known for a couple of years in the states And we adored her and we got in her car her one year old baby was kind of crawling around on the floor and then come to find out her husband was in the business of baby car seats, but apparently the children something so similar different but similar situation.
