Guys, for people having issues with the powering on and not charging, Just plug the device to any dock and press all the three buttons at the same time and leave it immediately! The customer support told me this and it worked for me. And they told it happened because We removed the device while it was turning on.
Being new devices, it is bound to have some issues. Device can be charged by removing the small C-port attached to the device. It can be rebooted by pressing all 3 buttons of controller once. Speaker issue is the only genuine concern here. Blu Armor is customer centric and they help all the time. Which other brands don't do. We lack patience these days and hence don't deserve such brands who are trying to keep up with foreign brands. Btw, they have mentioned the rebooting process in their manual. Company cannot be blamed for igorance on customer's part. If the product was so perfect, they wouldn't have launched at such price point. I also struggled initially with my C50, but after reading manual and using some trial error. It's functioning absolutely fine.
There is a difference between some issues and a lot of issues; hardware issues such as speakers not functioning, mics not working etc have nothing to do new or old device. These are basic checks. The issue from BluArmor was that they launched the product in hurry and then went into damage control mode. I am all in for brands trying to compete with foreign brands but I would expect similar if not better service from them. P.S: I have used BluArmor C30 since its launch and praised it openly for its working and BluArmor customer support. But now if there are issues with C50; then I will go and talk about those too.
Not related to this but I was able to get my C30 repaired from BluArmor team in this month. Despite these issues they're still supporting for repairs of old devices which is great. I feel we should give time here since there were software issues with C30 as well and with time they got resolved. A constructive criticism is all that's required.
I have not faced any of this problem... because mera ab thak deliver hi nahi hua i was thinking of replacing my old cardo freecom which is still functioniong perfectly... with this one
1. We had the same issue with charging. thankfully we were able to have a conversation with the team. we got the replacements, its working fine now. 2. for the device thats not rebooting, use click dock cable to make the connections, and press all three buttons to reboot the device. this should bring it out of constant green light. try reboot/factory reset instructions from the pamphlet. Using clickdock cable is mandatory. 3. device should connect to app now. with the latest app released. ~Another early user.
Thanks; great to hear that is working fine now. However; for me they havent even bothered to respond which is extremely frustrating. 2. We did try to reboot and factory reset etc; nothing seem to work. 3. The app issue is still present in Android devices.
Mine is working I just installed the set up now unable to connect with app it goes on bluetooth serching screen and it goes any suggestions how to connect to app ? My speakers are working fine and it got connected to bluetooth on one go
@ I am sorry bro but for Android there is still this connection issue; I checked with other people also in my group and they also are not able to connect it to Android. Try looking at the app if it has a new update else the Bluarmor support is your hope now.

I only did that; just pointed out that they should have taken time to get everything tested thoroughly !
Guys give them some more time... They will resolve the issues.
With time they will; but its never a good idea to launch a product that has issues !
Issues with Speakers…only one side of the speaker is working…Anyone faced the same issue?

That man just went on stage, overcommitted everything and gave a very unrealistic expectation or rather just blabbered his own dreams which he was in
I somewhat agree to this; The idea and vision is great but the execution is just below par !!
Thanks for saving my time and wallet.
