When commercials used to be fun, instead of a litany of side effects for a drug you wouldn't hear about unless your doctor prescribed it.
9:33 When magazine salesmen call😄
Does anyone recall seeing diet 7up in pink glass bottles? This was around the summer/fall of 1975. I could swear I saw some folks enjoying this soda w/ that unusual color, instead of the usual green glass that we're all used to seeing. Heck, maybe I was just dreaming. Anyway, I loved seeing those vintage tv ads from "the good-old-days". Thank you for this post....it was fun watching!!
LOVE these commercials; thank you very much for posting them in this fine video!
11:04- George Clark drew a daily comic panel called "The Neighbors".
Great Commercials, so many memories! I remember the 7up "Undeer" form the early '70s. " Hi sleighbell lovers, You just think I am sitting here cooling off my hoofies ..... wrong-o". No one seems to remember these Christmas commercials, maybe they don't exist anymore... Thank You!!!
The Un-Cola.
The song by The Kingston Trio in their first commercial is a parody of their own song "Badman's Blunder." You can hear the unmistakable voice of Orson Welles in that second color 7up ad.
The last two commercials are very touching
I liked the last one. Well done.
YANK 2, East La Habra Official Little League Baseball 1969, Uniform sponsored---Trademark is 7UP.
It is an 8-mile straight line flight of the bald eagle between Dick's namesake Baseball Diamond (Richard's Field) and
Yorba Linda Dick Nixon birthplace.
In L.L. baseball season five,
I am on the pitcher's elevated position, delivering hardball throws inches from preteens like myself.
I am the YANK 2 wearing a 7UP TRADEMARK 1969.
Great commentary! Thank you!
Ha ha guy 7 up
