This mechanism is very powerful. Enough to split wood into small pieces. you can see it in action in my Firewood Factory video. I do not have a load cell that can give me a precise number for the force produces but it is quite a lot. ua-cam.com/video/t2GsWkiFS74/v-deo.html
See this is why lego is the best gift for a child it makes them think to build something that is much easier to do manually like me trying to make a coin sorting machine although by hand it does it more effectively.

The only thing that I think would be adjusted is setting the fruit upright on the trailer, replacing the plates and changing the cutting tool.
