I've been watching your morning news and I must say that you all need to do a better job of researching your topics before televising. If you had done your due diligence then you would be aware of the rules of the organizations that are set in place to Protect performers and artists, such as ASCAP and others. Even if someone has a small local bar/restaurant and has a juke box in it, one must pay fees to one or more of these groups. I know this from personal experience. These artists have Every Legal Right to contest the use of their music at ANY EVENT .
