Strange take that Mob _didn't_ go into his ???% state in S3 when he most definitely did in the most unmissable way possible-
In the manga it shows that mob goes to ???% after it had the accident; in fact he had bothered me a bit that they didn't show it in the anime as well
I hate when people say that a show is just an amalgamation of older shows. If you say that, you can make almost any anime a clone or copty of Naruto, Bleach, or One Piece. If something has similarities to a lot of other anime, then it should be considered an entirely different anime.(Of course this depends but is my general standpoint)

100% isn't his final form. Not even the 1000% that mob gave to reigen. It's '???%' that is the final form. He has alot of unknown potential that he didn't reveal yet. Even in the show he simply walks and destroys stuff around but if was actually evil he could probably destroy multiple countries or so
