Chinese people think Buddhism came from Nepal, not India. In any case, India did not exist until British colonization. The birthplace of Buddhism is known as 天竺, while India in Chinese is 印度. Not many people make the connection between Buddhism and India. Nobody thinks of India as a wealth spring of wisdom or a centre of high culture. I don't think India is Buddhism today. India is rather Muslim and hindu.
Tibetans and Uyghurs haven't been integrated because the PRC tried to copy the Soviets ethnic policies until perhaps the last 10 or 15 years years which was idiotic IMO, they've since switched back to the more traditional Chinese/Confucianism way of ethnic and culture convergence that has been done for millenniums, and the minorities are being integrated much more now.
Dictatorship is the most successful system in himan history. All democracies fell really quickly because democracy lesds to corruption. Indians have a long history but Indians forgot everything.
A very interesting analysis over the ages of the two regional powers , over the years dynamics of its relations amongst themselves and the neighbouring countries over the years was very interesting not to forget the influence of the the other powers in the geopolitics of the region . It would be best for both countries to embark on a path of diplomacy to sort out the difference’s in a spirit in a spirit of cooperation, rather than taking an adversarial stance.
There should be no discussion about chinese policy whatsoever but always watch china with suspicion and never trust backstabbers that should be India's policy
