Excellent catching all the trains, especially the UP1943 in Tucson, Arizona, CSXT9969 in Fairport, New York, a UP military train with the military vehicles in Hesperia, California, the railgrinder in Waycross, Georgia, & more, @Virtual Railfan, I like them, thank you.
The Spirit of the Union Pacific--yay! And I knew when you said "Epic Snow Dump" that it was gonna be in Revy...they really got blizzarded. Some nice meets and I loved the Hesperia footage; I could almost smell the wet sagebrush. And then that lovely eagle--!!!--plus another beautiful ending. Bravo and thank you--another great one!
Nice video with BNSF running side by side, wide load in Ft Madison, Sunset and geometry train in Roanoke, welded rail train with high rail truck on rear, power move, lash up in Cumberland, rail train at night in Springfield with EOT flashing, eagle 🦅, Loram equipment, UP Military train was huge at Cajon pass with end train DPU, nice Sunset in TN on NS, great video!🛤🚂
8:20 The new, somewhat surprising (or maybe not so considering new controlling owner Grupo Mexico/Ferromex) FEC loco paint scheme. Will be interesting if the Champion Heritage Scheme on the GE LNG units will long survive.

That swayback geometry unit (NS 34) is not the "Brick," which is NS 38 and has "The Brick" painted on its side. Recall the GB segment of both units and their companion cars in one train in Roanoke on Oct 18. Both were in the old N&W coach facility at the N&W East end Shops Sunday afternoon.

@scottfw7169 Hi Scott👋🏻I.know what you mean I like the snow 1 time for the beauty, then I'm ready for warm weather..I prefer warm weather for aches/pains😉
I'd love to see those track laying trains in action laying down all those long stretches of track on one of your videos? I've never seen how they do this? Just a friendly suggestion 😊❤
Fooled me first time I saw that. It is a CSX track inspection unit and the red glow is a laser sensor device monitoring track conditions. Note "Do Not Hump " (thru hump yard facilities) markings to help protect the instrumentation inside.
Just think of all the fuel and man hours that could be saved if all train cars had independent axles, no solid axles would mean no need for rail grinding
If you look at the exhaust stacks on the 1st, and 3rd genset units they're open, which would be an indication that they are running. Not sure why they would scrap a functional unit .. seems it could be used for yard, or local switching. And I'm not familiar with that type of loco. I've been a railfan for many yrs. and don't remember seeing that model before.
@kennethfuller8347 Stack lids were possibly open due to the wind of movement or just stuck open. These locos retired from service as they proved poor and inefficient performers (the concept of several small engines in each loco with only 1, 2 or all 3 being used as needed was just not practicle) and were too costly to maintain.

Such a Lovely Ending - **Thank You** 😊💜

Interesting! The Norfolk Southern inspection car is lettered for the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western. 5:11

Will be interesting if the Champion Heritage Scheme on the GE LNG units will long survive.
They say it should all be repainted by the end of the year. A GP40-2 was repainted into a very attractive veterans scheme, as well.
I like the sunset endings.

@@LeftVegas My mistake. I thought both were called the brick.
Nice way to open, thanks VRF - with CSX 4771, SD70AC looking very smart in her (recently out-shopped?) Paintwork.

Good Afternoon🚂Friends, Hope your all having a great day😉The trains look beautiful passing through the tracks with❄️on the ground..
Even though I will say I don't care for snow, and will say cold is painful, out of that same mouth I will say that trains sure look good in snow.
@scottfw7169 Hi Scott👋🏻I.know what you mean I like the snow 1 time for the beauty, then I'm ready for warm weather..I prefer warm weather for aches/pains😉
Squirrel ❕6:04
Nice video
8:29 that's deadly
Hope nobody was there atm.
1:25 train race!
I'd love to see those track laying trains in action laying down all those long stretches of track on one of your videos? I've never seen how they do this? Just a friendly suggestion 😊❤
Search “railway track laying machine” for a fairly recent video.
There are youtube videos covering how rail is removed from rail trains. Just do a search.
I remember a Grab Bag from a while ago that showed some of it
🦅
Okay I swear if this video shows either a Norfolk Southern or new CSX heritage unit I WILL SCREAM
The Bnsf Race In 1:07
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🎉
Nice vidéo
#1 boxcar glowing?
It’s the lasers from a track inspection car.
thank you for putting the camera back on in Springfield massachuetts
8:30 heres the snow dump
13:13 - it’s AMERICA 🦅
Am I the only one who thinks that the new Florida East Coast paint game looks too similar to the Ferromex one
Well, it is understandable being that Ferromex now owns/controls FEC and they wish to project the common corporate lineage.
GrupoMexico owns both Ferromex and FEC.
what passenger cars are shown at cumberland, maryland 3:39ish
2:44 First Time Baby, First Time! I Put This Clip on My UA-cam Channel.
0:18 is that a hot box i see?

someone is getting some new passenger cars
If you mean 3:05 that would be Western Maryland Scenic-home of ex-C&O 2-6+6-2 1309 in Cumberland, MD.
8:31 Not Again
Just think of all the fuel and man hours that could be saved if all train cars had independent axles, no solid axles would mean no need for rail grinding
Do solid axles require rail grinding on straight stretches?
hello Virtual Railfan & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool Thanks Virtual Railfan Friends Randy
No Darwin candidates on this one. That's good to see.
At the 19 second
Scoreings
I see that "Connecticut Southern" was misspelled.
I wish UA-cam would let us correct typos like these without having to eliminate whole videos.
Ok someone get the bots out of here pls-
Got 3.
Those gensets are probably going to the scrap yard... They never worked.
Aren’t they taking the engines out of them first and selling them? I could easily be wrong though.
