Dear confused person, Ranboo and Quackity are both youtubers, their content is mostly about minecraft. The voice that appears in this song is very similar, if not equal, to Ranboo's, but the lyrics more closely match Quackity's personality. This is now a theme song for an Australian radio game show. The first time I heard it I got whiplash, because I did not expect Cuphead on my morning bus ride’s radio, but it’s always a pleasant surprise. I’m always glad to hear smaller artists moving up in the world, and it makes for a neat inside joke too.

In it, two contestants call in and a voice counts up higher and higher amounts of money. One of the contestants can choose to claim, or they can both wait. If you listen close, the person singing sounds really similar to Ranboo, plus he played cuphead recently, _plus_ i saw an animation of his character using this song and it blew up quite quickly. There's probably other reasons but those are the most common i think.
