The note changes she made... came from old Indonesian jazz pop tunes from the late 70s to early-mid 80s. It really gives that distinct sweet retro Indonesian sound to the already smooth sounding number by Bruno. And on that "so sexy" part... She sounds unmistakably VERY Indonesian. 😁 She's brilliant.

I love this performance so much and watch it so many times that whenever I listen to the original song, I sing along in Salma's style instead, including the "Just the wa-a-ay you are..." 😅
But can you tell us how you really felt about this? 😆 This arrangement!! So many unexpected moments. Nothing in the intro would indicate this was the song she was about to sing. Looks like a lot of recommendations in the comments for Salma’s “Love Never Felt So Good”. I will definitely be checking that out! Thank you for sharing at 14:15. We never would have guessed! ❤ And you’re right, this is “bloomin’ fantastic”! Salma benar-benar menguasai lagunya dan mampu menyanyikannya selaras dengan aransemen lagunya. disertai dengan teknik vokal yang mumpuni untuk memberi emosi pada lirik lagu.
One little thing I didn't notice in this performance was when she said "ah" in "her lips ah can kiss them.." Thanks for bring this up Anyway, I know that you are only focus on her vocal. But for Salma, her stage act and expression are in one package together with her voice.
