Only issue is with marinated chicken ....the merinated masala is not well cooked in oil before putting rice...it leads to the taste of kacha masala... which taste bad..... otherwise everything is very nice with this recipe, ingredients and method.... thanks for sharing

But to be frank with bharatz kitchen videos n other helpful cooking videos on youtube that r much more informative.. made cooking easy peezy.. now it's so simple. Thank you UA-cam. Inspite of coming from a technical bckgrnd, I started my own cloud kitchen without the help of any chef...trained my team n now I'm loving it.

Didn't the raw chicken in the pot under the rice, leave a lot of water?? To my knowledge the pot would have drowned the rice especially when cooking on electric stove. Since he didn't open up the pot to show in the video, this has left me puzzled. You cooked following this method, could you please shed some light??? Thanks
