It was one of my lowest days ever, a big fat 0 in every way possible. What he showed me was. confirmed to me around 4 months later in the physical. I can barely fast for two days. Not because of food addiction or anything like that. I get so cranky without food, my wife says I turn into a real bear. I get hangry as they say. I also have MAJOR caffeine headaches that can take days to get rid of. I know this is something I need to work on.

I can barely fast for two days. Not because of food addiction or anything like that. I get so cranky without food, my wife says I turn into a real bear. I get hangry as they say. I also have MAJOR caffeine headaches that can take days to get rid of. I know this is something I need to work on.
