100g almonds
Baking pan 24x36 cm
Bake at 170℃ (338℉) for 45 minutes
For cream:
1 egg
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
25g (2.5 tbsp) cornstarch
300g (1.25 cups) milk
70g (1/3 cup) butter
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
