Zimnica sa našim paradajzom | Preserving our tomatoes for winter use

Every year our greenhouse gives abundance of tomatoes and paprika. One of the favorite tomato preserve my mother in-law would make is the sour tomato. Just mix the tomato with pepper onions and parsley. If you want it to be spicy add chili plus salt and pepper. This is a sour tomato or tomato salad sauce. It is really good. All the ingredients used are from the garden and all are very fresh.
