Last year went to get a blood test and my vitamin D level was 9, the lowest both my doctors had ever seen and that’s when I found out how much vit D runs the whole shit, it controls you disposition, it heavily influences on having depression and bunch of other stuff and i got injections of it and boy it was like having life injected in my veins
i also found out that you can’t just increase the levels by getting some sun, if its low you gotta get suplements
(There were other stuff criminally low like vit B12 which also does all that and i had to get 4 injections of it) yeah who knew vitamins were that important
Mine was 4, the absolute champion according to my doctor. That's what's living in Russia does to you
Right, and most people are deficient in vitamin d, even if you live in a sunny place you probably aren't getting enough. Same with b12 and omega 3s, because people don't eat enough fish lol

In India everyone knows their blood type, they even put it on school ids. I even remember the blood group of my friends because in pre-school there was a myth going around that its best to share your water bottles with those of the same blood type lol. I think this the case even in japan and other asian countries, they test your blood at birth and tell your group and its required while filling certain identification documents.

In Spain if you are a blood donor, you get a report (with some general tests) and a card that says your blood type. I’ve gotten a ton of medical test, but they never tell you your blood type, the only easy way to know is when you donate blood.

Very good morning! I don't know why but this video popped up on my mobile this morning and as I watched it, I wanted you to know that there are easy tests just to find your blood type, which you can get on Amazon and get the results on the moment.
You could well be A or AB, for the first one being a vegetarian is the best option for optimal health but some fish is important!
Your mom won't remember your blood type because the certificate hospitals normally give when a baby is born, where you get the weight, height, time of birth... also includes the blood type, she probably has lost it, it has been a little while since you were born 😉🙂
Gamers tend to spend most of their time INdoors, therefore a shortage of vitamins D (because there are a few) is the norm, today it is easy to supplement and help with diet too!

You probably won't see this, but one thing that's super important is to drink enough straight water. If you only drink flavored or vitamin enhanced water, your body generally doesn't have enough to filter out enough of the residual particles that it can't use. A build up can make your liver & kidneys work poorly; just think of trying to filter water with an old Brita filter pitcher.

I think you need to do a separate blood test to find out your blood type, at least where I'm from, kind of dumb tbh since that's pretty important info. I also found out that different languages use different systems to classify blood types, I'm A+ here in Russia but that translates to O+ in English lmao I learned that like a year ago or something smh just imagine confusing that shit

If anyone wants to know their blood type you need to book a "Group & Screen" also sometimes known as "Group & Save" test. (It is usually a separate test, at least here in UK)

I guess it is because he is scandinavian and lives in uk (which has the gloomiest weather for the most part) that makes him lack of vitamin D. Which means that his melanin hormone is not that sensitive
Alot of Swedes have low vitamin D too. It is totally dark here for alot of months a year
Brazil is sunny as hell and we’re still low on vitamin D, we’re inside most of the time thats why
or maybe jusr because he work from home the necessity to go outside is only for groceries

In all seriousness, you should know your own blood type. If you get injured badly and say you have to get life-flighted, or the hospital is a ways even by ambulance, knowing your blood type could save your life. In the military we have our blood type on our dog tags, it's very important for others to be able to know it too. Donate and get a free blood analysis and help others.
