Saw more last year than you could possibly imagine. All winter long and into the spring literally saw hundreds driving some days. Groups of up to 30 all over the place. Got one with the trusty jeep haha, made great pheasant cordon Bleu. I plan on hunting with a gun and dog this year though haha. Plan on hunting southwest Minnesota for pheasant this season. I've hunted grouse on the northern border for years, but this will be something new.

One rooster can create multiple birds, one hen can create one bird if you know what im saying
I don't know of any state that allows harvesting of "Wild" hens. And I don't mean hunt clubs or state run put and take hunting areas.
